Pizza Works — Restaurant in North Adams

This website doesn’t give the opportunity to give less than one star.. and to be honest, this establishment doesn’t even deserve half of the one star. I placed an order, and realized soon after that my family had already made dinner plans. So I immediately called to cancel the order. I was very polite, mind you. I was greeted by a woman at first, who Put me on a brief hold. Then a guy answers the phone, already irate.. probably because his worker told him I was calling to cancel. I then politely apologized and said I didn’t realize my family had dinner plans, and asked to cancel the order. He then shouted at me, telling me the order was almost done and that I can’t cancel an order that was almost finished. I apologized, again, and told him that I had JUST placed the order 10 minutes ago, and that I called as soon as I knew. (Keep in mind, that this facility usually has a “wait time” of an hour for ordering and delivery, so I figured I was plenty in the clear for canceling) Then is “pleasant” man hung up while I was in mid sentence. Confused on what was happening, I called back. The guy answered the phone. I said that I had just called about canceling and order and was confused about what was going on because he hung up the phone before the situation was handled and finished. I asked if he was going to refund the money to my card. He YELLED at me again, stating I could not cancel my order because it was almost done. He said that if I didn’t want it today, that I could get the order on another day.

So LONG story short, I was verbally beaten into keeping my order. So here I am, while I’m waiting for my order, writing this review.

They have the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. I have NEVER been yelled at by a business, for anything.

I’m definitely NEVER buying from this...

Got a pepperoni pizza, wings, and garlic knots. There was so little toppings on the pizza that we were questioning if they even put toppings on the pizza. We lifted the cheese and saw that the toppings were under the cheese. Slices had 2 or 3 pieces of pepperoni total if we were lucky. Some didn't have any pepperoni at all. The wings were very soggy, but appeared to be burned. The garlic knots were not very good. The menu listed what was supposedly on the garlic knots. We ordered them thinking we were safe, but they were swimming in parm cheese which is the one thing we did not want on the garlic knots. Again, it was not listed with the other ingredients online so it was misleading. I remember ordering from here years ago and it was so good. I definitely wasn't impressed this time. The staff were nice and got the door for me since my hands were full. We won't be going back due to the quality of the food we recieved. Spent over $50 and were very disappointed when we got home. Hopefully there are improvements or people out there that are okay with soggy wings, limited buried topping pizza, and garlic knots...

Can't believe I have a rock all the way around my pizza, with a sixteenth of a inch thick base....... Plenty of cheese mobbed on top of that..... But break a tooth and then find out......... If you don't spend twenty dollars with them.... You pay for delivery.... Then look your delivery guy in the face and get that feeling of not wanting to pay someone working for a living...... So the business says my fifteen, eighteen, seventeen, or twelve isn't good enough to bring.... We deliver...... If you spend what we want.... We have a minimum for our ring of Rock around or pizza.... No worries I definitely won't go back.... Wasn't happy about that..... I'm just saying... In sure there's someone who will want my fifteen and provide a thick base with a soft inside crust.. But crispy on the outside... With plenty of cheese on it! That's how I've always had it and will continue to buy only that quality!... Sorry if you don't agree.... But I'm just...
