Pam was very helpful in solving the problem I had with my old Singer sewing machine. I called her to ask if she knew anyone who serviced or repaired them. I had phoned a few places, but couldn’t find anyone reasonable who could fix it within a few days. Pam asked me about the problem, and suggested I change the needle and adjust the tension.
