Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Attleborough

My wife and I went to Domino's in North Attleboro at least 3-4 times a month for years. On my last visit I experienced a strange encounter with what appeared to be a new employee who asked me, "Do you Dahle". I found this odd, took my order and left. The next day my wife and I ended up at the doctor. We both had food poisoning and the doctors best guess was it was from the pizza. When I contacted the store they went into complete denial even after telling them exactly what the doctor said. Then I asked about the "Dahle" guy and what that was all about, they said there wasn't anyone working there that 'fit his description'. When I reported it to corporate Domino's I was told they are all independently owned and operated but suggested that they should at least offer a refund. So I called the store back and they agreed to a refund. A few days went by, but no refund. So I called back and was told 'sometimes it takes a few days'. Then it became a few weeks, so I called again and got another excuse. It's now been close to a year, called numerous times, but no refund or apologies. In the end they lost a customer that went there at least once (sometimes twice) a week. They also lost family and friends that went there. There are a million pizza places in town, I suggest you look into another one that cares...

The 1 star isnt exactly for this particular store but dominos in general. I ordered online and payed for delivery. 5 min later realized i needed another pizza so i called to add to order. They wanted to charge me a seperate delivery fee even though my pizza i just ordered wasnt even done yet. I can understamd if they had to go back and them come out again but it was litteraly right after i ordered. I asked the manager, couldnt they just waive the fee considering its going to the same place for the same person and he said he cant because its a seperate order... as someone who has worked in the industry before i can tell you all of there little computers at the counter can be adjusted and i bet you could have easily took the fee off especially if i was paying with a card... basically they were being unaccommodating. Definatly will not return to this dominos and probably any other. I know it sounds extreme. But i cant stand behind places that have stupid policies or rules such as this one that was...

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. I'll start out by saying both their delivery drivers and managers are very polite and always understanding. Unfortunately over the past 4 years of ordering from this Domino's there has been mess-up after mess-up. More than 50% of our orders have been incorrect. It is really something. They serve under-cooked dough and miss ingredients almost every time. We've tried our hardest to give this restaurant many many chances but it truly is pathetic. Over $50 dollars to serve a pizza under-cooked and missing ingredients? It is definitely partially our fault for continuing to order from them but we our just shocked at the consistency of failure this Domino's delivers every order. Again, the delivery drivers are extremely nice and the managers are very professional but the quality control is abysmal. Really. Everyone. Avoid this Domino's at all cost.... It is not worth it.
