Purchased a large cold brew ice coffee. Girl who made my coffee (Did not get her name, very short girl) did not even shake it up! Instead gave me my iced coffee with the milk at the bottom. I asked if it was the correct. She said “yep” and turned away. I began to look for something on the counter to shake up my iced coffee. Found a plastic glove near the donut display case. Shook up my coffee (something that should been done by said girl. The ice coffee dripped, and stained a $90 hoodie I was wearing. Also spilled ice coffee on the counter. Attempted to wipe it up, since I tend not to leave a mess. Just then, the girl who originally took my order, was with a blonde employee at the counter, seeing me attempt to clean up the drippings, asked me “What are you doing?” I said the “employee did not shake my coffee.” The blond girl then mutters to me “Oh, that is alright!” Took my drink, and left. I had been a long time customer of this store for years. And drove out of my way to come...
Read moreI’m really disappointed with the lack of consistency at this location. As a regular customer, I expect my coffee to be made correctly, but it’s always a gamble. This whole week, I’ve had to go back almost every day for a remake. Today was especially frustrating—I received the wrong order, when I asked for a remake, they gave me someone else’s coffee instead. I had to go back through the drive-thru to let them know, and they casually said, “Oh yeah, your coffee is here.” I got home, tasted it, and it was horribly made. I ended up throwing the whole coffee away—again, money wasted and time wasted just trying to get a good coffee. I left very unhappy today.
That being said, I want to acknowledge that Mercedes is awesome, and some of the other girls that work there are super nice and always make sure I leave happy. Unfortunately, the overall inconsistency makes it hard to trust that I’ll get what I paid for. I won’t be back for some time now, hoping things improve...

I placed an order on the app. Waited 5 minutes by the on the go stand (was ignored) walked up to the main counter and had to call to the woman to get her attention (still being ignored). I mentioned my order and she said she hadn't received any orders and I must have chosen the wrong location. I went back to my car to get my phone and brought it in with my receipt and order number for this location and she said she didn't have it. Then she searched the computer and saw "only one coffee" with the order number but there were 2. My husband only likes 1 cream and 1 sugar and they made it saying that was weird. They literally dropped the coffees on the counter without even looking at me or saying anything. In total it took about 20 minutes to get my "on the go" order filled. Never coming here again. I have been to more DNKN locations than I can count......
