Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Attleborough

So we come here all the time. The food can be subpar but the ppl are usually very nice. Today we picked up a mobile order, and we were given the worst donut I've ever gotten from a dunkin. We went back around and asked for a replacement. The poor guy at the window was very sweet, but the lady instructioning him was an absolute jerk. She yelled at us that they couldnt take the bad donut back. Okay, fine no need to be rude. They give us a replacement donut. It is even worse than the first. We request a different type of donut bc it is obviously really bad. The lady is throwing a fit about it and loudly complaining that "I don't frost the donuts!" Like honey, I don't l care who frosted it, you can see it's a very poorly made donut. I'm not paying for a frosted sprinkle donut that does not have any frosting and is dry as all get out. And she was so rude to us and the staff. She was yelling at them and complaining that we "ruined her day." Maybe you shouldn't be working at a donut shop if a single donut can ruin your day. We were as polite as possible, and she was just so nasty to us and the poor boy at the window. Please train your employees on how to treat each other and how not to lose their minds on customers for very minor reasons. There is no reason for employees to be yelled at. It is ridiculous that someone that seemed to be in a higher position would treat their fellow staff like crud. It is ridiculous. I don't even mind being yelled at by a terrible dunkin employee, but it is unforgivable to take your lack of skills and bad mood out on people who cannot leave and have to deal with you. What is wrong with you?? I hope your staff gets a better coworker.

UPDATE: I ate the bad donut and it is infact very dry and is very bland. Instead of yelling at your coworkers and customers, maybe you should give some training to your bakers and a talking to to...

The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff are genuinely great people. They’re friendly and work hard, and I respect that. But honestly, after coming here nearly every single day for over 5 years and ordering the same thing—a medium latte and a toasted bagel with cream cheese (dark toasted)—I’m beyond frustrated.

This is hands down the most inconsistent Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. One day, there’s so much cream cheese it’s ridiculous, like I’m supposed to swim in it. The next, I can barely scrape enough across both sides. And don’t even get me started on the toasting. I always ask for it toasted dark, and it almost never is. Sometimes it’s not even slightly toasted—I’ve had to go home and re-toast it myself more times than I can count.

And as for the egg and sausage sandwiches? They constantly taste like straight-up freezer burn. It makes me seriously question whether the meat and eggs are being cooked properly—or even at all.

Everytime I go there in the afternoon they always mess up my order and today I have reached my breaking point. So today they only got half of my order right they tottally forgot my bagel and my coolata. So we told them our order again and they forgot my straw and they did not put cream cheese on my bagel. Please fix this problem now!! And (I know not proper grammar) we always tell them our order at the microphone and when we get to the window and they don't know our order, this happens everytime!!!! And I just opened my bagel that I order I told them twice to give me an onion bagel and they gave me a raisin bagel, not even close. Edit// this is like week later and I asked for a frozen chai and I got not frozen but a weird coffee chai

Edit: so I went today and ordered an ice tea with 4 Splenda. I got a black coffe with a lemon in it. Not close at all. And when I asked for my bagel cheesed they put a VERY thin layer of cream cheese, so basically...
