Halligan's Bar and Grill — Restaurant in North Attleborough

Sorry to say we went for our first time last night we made a reservation for 7:30. We arrived at 7:27 and the hostess said sit anywhere and I said we made a reservation and said she hadn’t looked and wasn’t aware anyone made a reservation. I said to her this is our first time here . She said we could sit in the back and we seated ourselves and she said I will get menu’s . We waited for roughly 13 minutes no one came with menu’s So unfortunately we left. We drove 30 minutes to get to the restaurant . Staff appeared confused and unwelcoming. We were at Halligans for a farewell party for a company employee who was retiring after 20-30 years with their company.... the atmosphere was very comfortable, the party room size totally fit the retirement event perfectly.... there were 20+ there for the Retirement party..... The Barkeep was incredible in keeping things rolling....and the Kitchen Crew put together a most wonderful and tasteful spread of dining choices!!! .....and while this was my 1st experience there... I can truthfully attest that Halligans is indeed a location to choose as your event...

Was here tonight. It was fairly busy on a Wednesday night. The service was awful, and beyond slow. We placed an appetizer order, which took about 45 minutes to come out. Myself and partner continued to wait for our main meals. We decided to speak to the waitress and tell her like we wanna pay for our drinks and eggrolls and we will be leaving. She stated that the food was being made right now. We waited a little longer, put down money and left. Just about an hour and we got two drinks and a plate of eggrolls. This place has always been slow, but this was awful...
