The service here has shifted greatly to the negative & even sad level. The Team, particularly working most nights, was friendly & helpful. Orders were efficient & accurate. If there was a delay the person asking you to pull forward to wait at least seemed sincere & asked politely. The person bringing out the order also was friendly, apologetic & positive. Recently, I’ve only experienced miserable completely uninterested people. I’m ordering nothing specialized. However, I would rather something be cooked fully as none prepped remained say at night. The irritation of probably them needing to walk the order 100 yards is already soured my intrusion. I’ve had a Manager allow me to drive away over a $4 total because while they have Apple Pay they couldn’t operate any terminal. I didn’t get cash & go back. Sorry, I felt berated for their lack of knowledge or willingness to even possibly try to wave the device or phone is any proximity than wherever was causing the agony expressed via their face & eyes rolling. A few weeks later I was considering a stop & double checked my almost always level of cash. The prior visit was atypical of me. However, I then attempted a payment accepted, set up & possibly functional yet it was beyond any level of service I was going to receive & honestly expect until the next shift. Actually appalling to me was the Staff Member at the window when I asked out of curiosity if they could process Apple Pay despite my handing them cash retorted with great distain how we’d been thru that “before” & if I thought they would be finding out how to process the partnership method, I was thinking incorrectly. I hope the next turnover in staff or shift changes or whatever will bring a Team morning or evening that is welcoming at minimum. I’ll eat healthier for a while I guess. ^*^Early /Mid summer seemed to have the return of familiar faces. And, (restored) pleasant, professional...
Read moreMy son has autism and has limited communication ability. He also has a food allergy to cheese. I try to be understanding because I have worked for McDonalds in the past myself. Here is the situation. I am repeatedly given orders that are wrong. Sometimes we receive diet coke instead of regular coke. No biggie there. But usually we order a sandwich with "No Cheese" but when we receive the order it has a receipt on the sandwich box stating "No American Cheese", but the sandwich has cheese on it. Being a food allergy it is imperitve that the order be correct. So when we bring the sandwich back and Milaysia, store manager slams the sandwich on the counter and says under her breath, "I hate people like that", it becomes very offensive. I would hate causing a disabled child to become sick because I put cheese on his food. It would also be different if it only happened one time, but this happens 95% of the time. Another issue is that the sandwich that had the error on it was part of a meal. When one part of an entire meal has an error, it has a negative impact on the entire meal. In the future, when you ruin my kid's meal, you WILL replace the entire meal, no ifs ands or buts, no questions, no arguments. This is because a bad sandwich does in fact ruin the meal. Also, because gas isn't free either, so when you make this error it causes a financial burden on the customer that received the error. This is a burden you caused so you alone need to compensate for by replacing the entire meal with a smile on your face. Are we understood...
Read moreGET RID OFF DUAL DRIVE-THRU, YOU COULD NEVER HANDLE ONE LANE, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU CAN HANDLE TWO LANES. Torture, can't take it anymore, 50/50 chance and they manage to mess up the order of service every time. Left or Right, whether your the first or second, doesn't matter, cars that come after you get to order before you, do they spin a wheel to figure out who the next in line should be. Won't bore you with all my examples, but here's the one for tonight; car on the left, so i pull to the right side, car on left pulls up, i'm waiting, nothing, i say hello, nothing, a car pulls now to my left, they get to order first, i had to back up, pull to the left, nothing, i had to pull up to the cashier to place my order, happens to me more times than i can count, no more. Wendys & BK with one lane drive...
