My experience with this location is that everyone has always been pleasant and helpful. I like that I was asked if I had any coupons to use for my order when I paid. I wish I would have gotten the cashier's name that day. She was efficient, straight forward thinking, and she seemed to have a natural nack for the customer service industry.. she didn't even do anything extraordinary at all.. I would like to see how she works under pressure.. I feel I wouldnt be surprised of her ability to exceed expectations effortlessly. I was there on thursday March 5th. Ordered a half hour ahead of time, a team of four still unable to produce a pizza within the time frame promised on the website, even when it doesn’t need to be baked. It might be the website providing too short of a time estimation, but how is it that I can order a pizza at the same price, have it baked, and delivered to me at a similar rate? I know this is good pizza, but there needs to be much more organization in regards to the execution of orders. The front of house was very courteous and was working as fast as they could, I am placing the blame here squarely upon the management and website. I was mislead and frustrated, but I am no longer hungry. I no longer crave pizza, only truth in advertising from Papa Murphys, I don’t like being fed...

I ordered a medium gluten free veggie with extra artichoke on half and added pepperoni on the other half. I recieved a half regular amount artichoke with chicken [I'm allergic to chicken that's why I asked for vegetarian] and the other half didn't have any artichoke at all, plus chicken on that half as well with the pepperoni on top and extras I hadn't asked for such as bacon and spinach. I paid $14 for a pizza I hadn't really ordered accept the artichoke which wasn't much to speak of and a few pieces of pepperoni.
