Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Brunswick Township

I have gone here daily for years for my caffeine fix. The coffee and food is always accurate and the staff is friendly. Only very recently have I had anything to complain about. There is a new person at the window sometimes and she makes the whole experience very annoying. There has been a sign before at the drive thru that states to have payment ready when you get to the window, no problem. I always have my money/card in hand ready to pay and the cashier is always ready to take my money. However, with the new girl (blonde, tattoos) she ALWAYS hands me 2 items at once and will not put one down to take my money first. She will stand there holding everything until I put my money down. I’ve had good and bad experiences here. Mostly good; at night the staff are friendly and my orders are perfect. During the daytime it’s an experience. Sometimes my order is right sometimes it’s not - it’s minor things like a drink is slightly different (for example, less sweet) than it usually is... something not worth bringing back but it should be noted. The staff are polite but sometimes I can see them clearly doing nothing while I’m waiting at the drive-thru which is a little upsetting. This is why they get 4 instead of 5 stars. I’m such a fan of Dunkin, but the girls that have recently been working there are so mean. Have something snippy to always say back, mock you when you talk in the drive through window. And make a massive deal about an order being drive thru or walk in. It should not matter what it is if I’m pulling up and you’re just now making the order does it? Then the girl hands the drink and says next time make sure you put drive through if you’re coming in the drive through. Roll their eyes. Just so mean.
