I usually have great service at Tremont. I love to come here because they offer MANY sugar-free syrups, fabulous drinks and the baristas know me as I frequent here often enough. Unfortunately, on Saturday, at The Tremont in N.Canton I was the only person waiting in line - 1 car in the drive-thru, and there were 3 baristas behind the counter plus a person on the drive-thru. 2 of the baristas saw me waiting; and didn't acknowledge me - Say ANYTHING! They kept talking to each other about one losing his Ray Ban sunglasses. Didn't turn around to even smile, or say we'll be right with you. š«© Then when the barista did come to ask me for my order, she didn't smile, ask me how my day was going, or ask if I had a rewards number- which I do. She also looked like she had just climbed out of bed and arrived at work. Huge lounge pants and an oversized t-shirt, unkempt hair that hadn't been brushed. A casual workplace is wonderful; but her attitude and attire weren't on point for your wonderful community-based coffee shop. I'm sure you have a dress code.. even if all your employees wore your skull Tremont Coffee Shirts, that would be a great...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI shop small and support local business every chance I get. Tremont has been the only coffee shop I've gone to since they opened. Good coffee, good staff, albeit pricy.

I had already paid $25 for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches (which is wild to begin with) and had to dig through my car for change. The $.50 itself is whatever, but the experience... It really shattered the perception I had of Tremont being my friendly neighbors. This type of nickel and diming the customer for EVERY. single. thing. is so fatiguing and the reason I rarely dine out out anymore.
Also our sandwiches...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI feel bad for editing my review, and I didnāt come to the decision lightly, but here we are. My experience when the location first opened was great. Lately, itās going downhill quickly. My last couple drinks have tasted TERRIBLE. Things from being too syrupy, the coffee tasting bitter, and no consistency whatsoever. The location is also too small to handle the amount of people coming here. I know thatās not entirely their fault but it feels like an oversight especially for how long it took to openāthereās not enough seating, parking, or staff. The baristas here are (typically) friendly, except a few occasions. The pastries are good. I just hope some things get worked out because the coffee lately has...
