If I could rate a NEGATIVE 0 to post my experience, I would've. I placed my simple order received confirmation onsite, in an email and also from my bank. All confirmed the order was being made. 2 minutes later-I receive NOT FROM PAPA JOHN'S, but only from my bank that my order was cancelled. So I try calling Papa John's no one answers the phone. I call back press 5 to speak with manager-no one answers. Then I get an email from Papa John's stating my order has been cancelled bc they couldn't confirm my phone number by phone...NO ONE CALLED ME. I called back no one answers. Ok if someone is "saying" they tried to call..then why is there no one picking up a phone when I've called for 20 mins???? So I put in my order again ..same story all over again. No one picks up the phone, order goes through, order cancelled..but NO NOTIFICATIONS OR CALLS FROM PAPA JOHN'S. Finally I hit 5 again to speak with the manager..someone answers. I politely tell him what happened and I just need to know if my dinner is coming or not bc at this rate I have no idea. He says the order is being made and I need to hold so he can contact the store directly to cancel one of the payments. Please note that my bank has already informed me that both had been cancelled. He mumbles something that I am still unclear as to what he said as he was fumbling over his speech the entire call. As I wait per his instructions so that he can contact the store and fix the payment issue, the phone starts ringing...WHAT?!?! I am now calling into the store that I cldnt get a hold of anyone at in the first place. So an hour and a half later...still no dinner, no calls or emails and now I have to try and get someone on the freakin' phone to deal with this in the morning!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! DON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU DONT CARE TO AQUIRE AND PRESENT THE SKILLS TO DO SO!...

As a mother, I understand how much time, effort, and money can go into hosting these kinds of events, so it is my top priority to ensure that every guest has an excellent experience. Recently, I spoke with the general manager at Papa Johns in hopes to place a large order for an event(s). I was hopeful as my order was placed and we had finalized times of delivery and prices. Unfortunately, when it came time to receive our orders I was incredibly disappointed. I had placed a total of four orders in which all of them were late, leaving my guests disappointed. The general manager had then told me he was short on staff and sent all of the orders out at once, which isnât at all what we had discussed. I understand being short staffed, but the horrible service I experienced is inexcusable. If you need someone reliable, consistent, and honest for your small business, do not order from Papa Johns at 1115 N Main St....
   Read moreWe have always ordered here for the past three years and never something like this. Tonight my brother ordered 1 pizza. At 508 for delivery. After an hour and a half he went to pick it up when the app said it was changing delivery drivers for the 3rd time and the pizza was sitting there ready. When he got there, he finally got the pizza, however wrong, but none the less he got it. He and his wife headed home from there and we are putting our new born to sleep. Finally got the baby to sleep and whoâs at the door? A delivery driver with a pizza. Now I made sure he knew I wasnât upset with him, he was simply stuck in the middle, but making the dog bark, waking the baby and starting everything over.
