Hot Wasabi Hibachi Express — Restaurant in North Canton

My boyfriend and I decided to try this location for dinner tonight. We ordered take out. As my boyfriend was eating he noticed a short black hair and immediately threw up. I called the establishment, they continuously try saying it is teriyaki sauce when I very clearly see it’s a hair. My boyfriend and I both have light brown hair. They ask us to take a picture and bring it back. We bring the food back, the man takes the food to the back, comes back out with my food and a hair saying this isn’t their hair. I then notice the hair he brought out isn’t even the same hair that was in my boyfriends food, meaning they found another hair in my food? I then show him the picture and tell him the hair is still in my boyfriends tray. He comes back and brings it saying it’s a cat hair refusing responsibility. I tell him we do not have cats. He says he only will refund half of the meal because one of the trays was eating too much out of however both trays were still half way full and even still there’s hair in our food, we are not going to continue to eat it? He goes back and forth with me and only gives me half of a refund with no receipt or any indication that he has given the refund so I don’t know what else I can even do other than write this review, now we are out $55 for food we didn’t even get to thoroughly eat or enjoy. Never in my life if I showed up to a restaurant more than a half hour before close and they told me they wouldn't sell me food. We made a mistake and accidentally called the wrong location and we're in the middle of calling them to cancel the order when we showed up at the location on Cleveland avenue. We walked in explained what happened because Google gave us the wrong phone number the Canton location was listed under the other locations phone number. We asked the guy if he could make our food as we were canceling the other order and he just flat out told us no we don't make food this late. Which blew my mind because it was 35 minutes before close. Wouldn't say anything else to us so we ended up not canceling our other order and driving 20 minutes further to get her food. I'm still blown away because I worked in food for years and as long as the restaurant was open we were making food whether we wanted to or not all the way up until close. I have been waiting for this place to open. I was able to get lunch today. I got the steak & shrimp platter and an order of spring rolls. The spring rolls were crispy with a flavorful filling. They came with a sweet & sour dipping sauce. The dipping sauce had a more tangy flavor as opposed to the overly sweet sauce that most places serve. The platter included a bed of rice, sauteed vegetables, 5 larger shrimp and about 4oz of cubed steak. It was all stir fried with a teriyaki sauce. You also had a choice of 2 more sauces. I chose the yum and the ginger. The yum paired well with the steak. I preferred the ginger with the shrimp. A very filling meal. Looking forward to working my way...
