What a wonderful place. It’s not just the perfectly pulled espresso, or the perfectly toasted bagels, or the very reasonable prices. It’s the fact that this business has a cause that it actually believes in. This is not a place of worthless corporate platitudes, and plastic cups to donate your loose change. It’s being the change it wants to see in our society, and the world at large.
I stopped in while in the area, and found what I would call heaven. Spotlessly clean, welcoming friendly staff, a very chill atmosphere, and for $6.00 I got one of my favorite simple breakfast meals.

He’s the only one outside of the cashier that spoke to us and made us feel welcome and not awkward being there. The cinnamon apple coffee cake was great. We also tried a smoothie and a custom americano. The smoothie was ok but tasted like it had more yogurt than the flavor of the smoothie and the americano tasted like it had cinnamon in it but it was just straight black, no milk or the flavor asked for in it at all.
