Arby's — Restaurant in North Carolina

yesterday, I went to this Arby's to get a Vanilla milk Shake for someone. I went in as the drive through line was moving very slow. I was greeted by a young man who was polite and took my order. I, in being polite, asked how his day was going. He proceeded to inform me that he, and most of the staff on duty, were all suffering from the common cold. OK. That would have been the end of it BUT..... He proceeded to wipe his runny nose with the back of his hand! And then went straight to making my the milkshake! He didn't wash his hands. He didn't put on gloves. He didn't do anything but make the shake and handed it to me. I looked at him, he placed the shake on the counter, and I walked out with no shake. They could not get my order straight I ordered 4 sandwiches a small curly fries and a drink And they told me 26 something blah blah blah blah but the price will be different at the window when I got to the window it was $24 for not 4 sandwiches 3 different sandwiches which I didn't order and and they wanted to charge me $24 and something sense and I told them no way they couldn't figure out what I said to them and they just couldn't even put the words together they were preprogrammed to to say beef and chetter when I said chatter melt So IDK I will never go back...

This place is alright as a roast beef sandwich facility. Too much salt in all their products, especially the roast beef. Not necessary. They should reduce the sodium content before the government makes it a regulation. I have definitely had better fish sandwiches. There's a lot to be said to ham breaded fish sandwiches at the time that you ordered which is very possible. Every supermarket has frozen breaded fish fillets. Just need to work on a few things people are getting more sensitive about salt and quality food especially for the cost. Have a...
