Ordered 8 piece family meal all breasts, 2 dirty rice, and an order of fries. Told they only had 4 breasts and it would be 20 minutes to wait. I can substitute 2 pieces for the same price??? Got the order home, everything except the rice was old and dried out. The chicken had been made a good while before I arrived. The wings I substituted for the same price had been cooked way before I got there. The french fries were even old. You would think I could be given fresh fries??? It was a waste of money but there was no use in calling them; you would only get more attitude. $40.01 for that mess and I didnât even get a receipt. From my experience, customer service is terrible and itâs very rare youâll get fresh food and nice people serving you. Itâs almost like they come on the intercom to take your order saying âwhat do you want?â No personable service, bad attitudes, old food, and youâre made to feel like youâre bothering them when you come to order something.    Read moreThis bojangles location has turned me off of bojangles entirely. I had a bojangles gift card for $25. Downloaded the app and guess what, no where to put the gift card, thought it may just require a card on file in the app. Added my card and it automatically charged it without me confirming that I wanted to finalize the order. Called the store and the stopped cooking the food, but guess what, can't cancel an order even if it's on their own app. Called customer service, they couldn't help, it's an online form now I was told. Filled out the form now I have to wait for them to get back to me. Sent wife to the store to get food using the gift card that was expiring tomorrow. Couldn't even get the same order that we had made online and cancelled because that was an online only offer despite trying to order online initially. Then they had to change the order because they didnt have all the chicken ready. Between the customer service, convoluted refund process, and inability to assist with any inquiries, I will NEVER return to this or any other Bojangles...
   Read more7:45 a.m. December 22, 2019 Stopped on the way to church to picked up some Bo-Berry biscuits. I was asked to pull up as they didn't have any prepared and it would be about two minutes and the server would bring these out to the car. After waiting 10 minutes and no person/no biscuits, I went inside. I asked about my order and was told by a worker they were short-staffed. At the same time I was told they still had not placed any bo-berry biscuits in the oven. After 20 minutes I finally asked for my money back as I had to go. The server would not answer me and after three attempts to get my money back and finally asking who the manager was, she replied, the manager didn't care about anything going on at this location. She finally gave my money back, but the incorrect amount and short-changing me. When I pointed this out, she threw the extra dollar at me. Very rude, disrespectful and obviously didn't want to be at work. I will never return to this location for anything! Will be contacting corporate about for sure about...
