Los Toritos — Restaurant in North Carolina

I have gone to this restaurant three times for takeout two times my order was messed up. The first incident was not that bad so I just chopped it up to a simple mistake and and didn't make a big deal. The second go round was disastrous I'll try to keep it short but the gist of it I called in an order for two separate plates a veggie ACP and a kid's ACC I get there there's one plate I asked for a refund he does something on the computer talks to the cooks and has me my check I was hungry and even though I was busy and didn't have the time to wait I waited thinking certainly he couldn't have messed the order up given the fact that we had gone back and forth and he repeated my order so I get the New order and I leave I realize I have been overcharged and now I have three plates of the same thing and I never received the veggie ACP as I'm eating the kids ACC I see like a pink dye around their shrimp or if it's fake I have no clue but I will not be returning to this location the food is mediocre and the service for whatever reason where it be a language barrier or just choosing not to listen or not knowing their own menu I rather not go back. Also I was there there was another guy who had an issue with his order and they were trying to convince him he was wrong finally one of the service went over and realized the other customers in the right. Worst Mexican food we have ever eaten. If I could give it negative stars, I would. This was a take out order so I’m sure no one was concerned with quality or customer satisfaction. Ordered the Azteca- one of their specialty dishes. The whole dish was seasoned so heavily I couldn’t even taste the different flavors - only spice and salt. The whole dish was red in color…chicken, beef, shrimp, and rice - and it all tasted the same. Needless to say, I couldn’t eat it. I was excited to try this new restaurant, but it was always packed with long waits. We decided to order take out for dinner on 3.11.2020. We ordered chicken fajita chimichanga, ground beef taco salad, kids soft taco with rice & beans, churros, and horchata. They forgot to put guacamole on our chumichanga, so we had to go back in. They were fairly busy as usual. The rice and beans were good with nice flavor. Everything else was just ok. Horchata was flavorless. Churros had a weird stale taste. The salad shell tasted just like Taco Bell's. I would likely eat here again, but only if Domingos is closed. Even then I would have to try something different on the menu and hope for better. Nice...
