Please do not go here during lunch time. We spent ten minutes in line watching people drive off. No one was taking orders?! Should have been red flag number 1. After another 10 minutes watching the 2 cars in front of us have their orders taken. we had to wait another 5 once it was our turn. The employee had a really difficult time taking our order, really simple, a ch'king combo and an impossible whopper sandwich no pickles. Had to repeat myself multiple times only to find out they hadnt taken our order once we pulled up to pay. The employee taking our money didn't ask if we had ordered 2 cheeseburgers, she was saying that's what we were going to get? We were like no, I'm letting you know that's not what we ordered. She angrily stated that we didn't place an order... I started to let her know what our order was only for her to say that she didn't take orders at the window, she only takes money. Only for her to bring someone making the food to take our order and have us pay there? Don't know why she couldn't do anything about it, but seems like a poor way to handle a drive thru... We repeated our order for the umpteenth time. Only to be charged for the incorrect combo. I checked the receipt and spoke with the employee at the next window. She brought the manager. I again repeated our order only for the manager to walk away and do nothing? The cashier then said they have no ch'king sandwiches anymore.... At that point I was just like give me any chicken sandwich you have. I don't care anymore. They then handed me another drink I hadn't asked for? Then they pulled us up only to bring out food out not even 10 seconds later? This location clearly needs to retrain staff to handle all tasks required of them in their position as cashier, line cook, and manager. Also some teamwork and communication...
Read moreHad not dined here in awhile but craved some Burger King and so have been there three times recently. The first timed I stopped by the power had just gone out and they were frantically chasing people out of the store. This seems to happen a lot as I have driven by several times before and noticed the lights out. The second time I went to the store the customers at the register we're being difficult. They were trying to order meal specials but kept making substitutions that the inexperienced person at the register was having trouble following and the customer refused to pay a penny more so this just kept dragging out. The manager did little to help the employee at the register... he would walk by occasionally then walk away doing other stuff. Meanwhile there is only one register so we all just started piling up in line. Finally after about 15 minutes, and I don't know how long this was going on before I got there, I gave up and left. Two trips no food. So the third time I ordered my food pretty quickly. At the ten minute point the only order before mine got their food. Okay so I figured mine was about ready. About 8 minutes after that a customer that ordered after me started making special requests about his order. Trying to make that guy happy, they gave him my food. The mix up was realized fairly quickly but I had to wait for them to replace my friend which the other guy had been nibbling on. So I finally took care of my Burger King craving... don't think I'll be going back again any time soon. I do want to add though that the people working the counter couldn't have been any nicer to me....
Read moreThis brand-new Burger King had my son and me excited to give it a try—we’re big fans of BK. Unfortunately, that excitement disappeared the moment we stepped inside.
Instead of being greeted by staff, we were met with a clogged drive-thru line, several customers who had already been waiting 15–20 minutes for their "fast" food, and a foul odor that hit us immediately. The smell suggested the floors are mopped with dirty water and an old, bacteria-laden mophead. Not the welcome you’d expect at a brand-new restaurant.
To make matters worse, in this new “self-service” model of Burger King, the customer has basically become the employee. Ordering is only done through kiosks—no apparent option for human interaction. So, after placing and paying for our order ourselves, the waiting game began.
It was 6:30 PM on a Thursday night (9/11/25) and the place was busy. You’d think that would trigger a sense of urgency, but the employees seemed to have none. The only staff member interacting with guests was the expediter, who grumpily yelled out names and got irritated when people didn’t respond instantly.
After more than 20 minutes, our food was finally ready. We had ordered two Large Whopper meals. The buns were warm to the touch—but the patties were literally cold, as if they hadn’t been heated in a long time.
This was, without question, the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Burger King. From the smell to the service to the cold food, it was a complete disappointment. Avoid this location—or consider...
