Manager, or employee there was very rude. WHOEVER they were. I COULD NOT GET THE HELP I NEEDED. I asked if I could speak to a manager, and was told they were not present. I asked if I could please have a courtesy cup at the window. I was denied I've never heard of anyone denying that, my daughter needed some water because she was choking on peanuts Coughing hard. The employee or manager at the window was being VERY rude and denied me a cup of water, at this point I was frustrated!!! Demanded I had to PAY for a courtesy cup when they should be free!!! Read moreI went in the drive thru asked my sub to be toasted and it was not when I checked after I got home. I asked for side cup ranch and they said 25 cents for per extra one! That’s crazy!!! ALL the subways I been to has NEVER CHARGED EXTRA for any sauces. I don’t want the ranch on sub to make it soggy by the time I drive home, so I always ask for it on the Side. Staff had a very bad attitude and also over charged me and didn't want to refund me the difference. Fortunately, I've got my receipt, that shows what I actually ordered.
