Do not tip for delivery orders ahead of time, always make sure order gets there first. Easily the WORST customer service experience ive ever encountered. Order was missing an item on delivery. I called immediately and was shouted at by a young employee who was audibly stressed "..PLEASE HOLD". After holding for 5 mins i called back, same shouting employee "PLEASE HOLD". I called immediately for a third time and had to cut him off saying dont put me on hold, only for him to scoff and say "ok well im trying to make pizzas so?..." after explaining the situation he tells me he will find a driver to bring the missing item. After 30 mins i call again, foods still sitting on the rack, new employee tells me "uhh due to food contamination i cant deliver this one. We are really busy itll be about 45 mins before we can make and deliver one..". I explain why thats unacceptable (2 hours since ordering at this point). Finally they come back and literally drop the box on my doorstep and dont knock to alert me its here (theres no tracker to follow). 3 employees, not a single apology. The management, or lack thereof, of this location is apalling and im going to ensure everyone in wilmington that i know avoids dominos like the plague. Which should have been a total of $12 plus a few cents in taxes. I accidentally ordered for delivery and when my boyfriend showed up to pick up the pizza was notified of the error. We assumed that the delivery charges would be taken off rte he bill. They were not. The manager promptly started yelling at my boyfriend in front of other customers because he asked for the charges to be taken off since it had not left the store yet and he was picking it up himself. She was not customer service friendly and that she certainly did not handle the situation properly as a manager should. Not even an offer of complimentary breadsticks in lieu of removing delivery charges, which would take 3-5 business days.And then didnt add the extra dipping sauce ordered.
