I'm wondering why more people aren't talking about this place! A group of us came here last weekend for Sunday brunch and we all had a great experience.

I had the dulce de leche waffles and they're probably some of the best waffles I've had in town - crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. They came with a side of chocolate sauce, which most people would probably enjoy. I also had a side of breakfast potatoes which were also excellent. The restaurant was busy when we came in, but we got our food quickly and our waiter was very attentive.

Let's talk about that margarita. I came in determined to have the mimosa flight but noticed that they had a mango margarita and couldn't resist. It was the right choice! Not too weak, not too strong, and the mix is made in house so it didn't taste too processed. I would order that again, and probably will next time I'm there!

They have two locations at opposite ends of town, so you probably aren't far from one of these restaurants....

Told us the wait was going to be 15-20 minutes. Once it got to 30 minutes we checked in and they said the wait was going to be another 10 minutes. I've worked in a restaurant so I understand. We were patient and wanted to give some grace so we decided to wait a bit longer. We waited for 20 more minutes and checked in again. They said the wait was going to be 15 more minutes. After that we were sick of it and left. So we waited almost an hour after they said the wait was going to be 15-20 minutes originally. I don't mind waiting, but it's ridiculous to be told it would be a 20 minute wait and then the wait end up being almost an hour. Don't lie to your customers. Stopped in this morning from out of town and I'm telling you right now. It was the BEST BREAKFAST we have had since I can remember!! The OJ is FRESH squeezed!, the coffee is very good, but the food is ABSOLUTELY GREAT!! I ordered the Ranchera and Eggs, and my wife ordered a BYO Omelette, with Bacon, green peppers and onions. Both came with roasted potatoes that were delicious. Mine came with Refried Beans that were extremely creamy and tasty (the best I've ever had), scrambled eggs that were cooked perfectly, and a nicely seasoned piece of skirt steak. BOTH of us not only were impressed with the plating presentation, but we absolutely cleaned our plates. Service was quick and on point, very clean and beautifully...
