Me my husband and 2 daughters have always like to go to Hardees and we never have a problem with the one back home. We are traveling and come across the Hardees at the address 1585 Washington St ,NC 27892. When we rolled up to the window there was No one else in line. When the lady ask what we would like to order she didn’t sound thrilled and everyone has a bad day every now and then but COME ON. She was rushing us to take our order and cut us off for the last meal that we ordered and told us to pull around and what the total was, but we weren’t finished ordering. So as my husband continues to finish our order there was and interruption from a different person who was very rude (sounded like a man),” This a different order?” He asks no my husband said this is the same order.” Well you let us know when you are done ordering”.( he said this kinda aggressively) so we came around to get our food and the girl that we talked to originally was at the window. She made no attempt to re read our order, tell us what drinks she was giving to us and said nothing as she nonchalantly handed my husband the bag of food and closed the window immediately after the bag left her hand. At the start of the order we felt like we were being talked down to and at the end we felt the same way. It was so concerning that I made a point to check all the food to make sure it wasn’t tampered with. I immediately went to the Google reviews of this Hardees and the reviews are terrible. It’s a shame that Hardees and Carle’s Jr has such bad customer service. And these people want to be paid...
Read moreI enjoy the food from Williamston’s Hardee’s but the service has really gone downhill over the past several months. My order has been wrong four times in a row. Previous three problems were all the same. I ordered a Western Bacon Cheeseburger value meal and when I got to the window the price was over a dollar more than priced on the menu. When questioned the response was “You didn’t order a medium size meal?” Same mistake three times in a row. The attitude I received was as if I was bothering them. Today I ordered two regular hot ham and cheese with a drink. Paid with a twenty and received$7 and change back. Thinking she thought I gave her a ten, I questioned her and she showed me the receipt which had two big hot ham and cheese and drink. After a second or two, the manager gives me an additional $9 and change. I was thinking that my order was going to be corrected. But things were not adding up. Then, after a few moments later she came to the window and told me that I was going to have to go back around and reorder. Enough for me, I asked for my money back, she was confused. Read moreThere was a sign taped to the door saying the lobby was closed due to being short-staffed, and said to use the drive thru. We wanted to sit down to eat, so we turned to leave and a guy in the parking lot says to us, "you can go in, the dining room is open". Strange, but we went in. The young lady working the front counter was sitting at a table in the lobby, doing something on her phone. She jumps up and goes to her register. Doesn't say a word, not hello, not may I help you, nothing. Nevertheless, we tell her our order. The food was hot and pretty good. I still can't get over them leaving the sign up on the door. Either you're open to customers or you're not. I asked about the sign, she said they forgot to take it down. It was still up when I left, and she was back at her table in the dining area.
