I eat taco bell 2 or 3 times a week. Today my food was wrong (happens way more often than it should). They were out of the ingredients for my usual order. Instead of saying so they made the order with "similar" ingredients. Unacceptable! So when I returned to advise the employees of the mishap the girl proceeded to tell me it wasn't wrong I just didn't like it. I said that was not the case. She then asked if I had ever had what I ordered before to which I replied I stop there often. Again she proceeded to argue with me increasingly getting ruder. These employees have obviously never worked in customer service before. For what it cost me to eat there I want what I want how I want it. A simple let me fix that for you never happened. When I placed my order all that needed to happen was for them to tell me they were out of stock. Even if the cashier didn't know at the time by the time I got to the drive thru window someone should have alerted me rather than just making alterations without consent. There are many options for employment in every restaurant in Williamston. Of course I was checking recruitable individuals! Lol I must have the best to offer entirely the BEST! TACO BELL ALL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS PROCEEDURES BEING UPHELD. SEATING CLEARLY MARKED. IN AND OUT IDENTIFIED ROWS. MASKS WERE INSISTED UPON ENTERING. GO TACO BELL I PRAY YOU FIND YOUR NO BOTTLE NECK TOLERATED MANAGEMENT CREW AND ALL CREW PARTNERS BELIEVE THAT BOTH SHIFTS SHOULD ALWAYS SET UP THE OTHER SHIFT FOR A SUCCESSFUL CHANCE AT OUR CUSTOMERS GREATEST INTEREST! Read moreThey denied my 6 year old daughter food because when I walked out of the building I said it's crazy the doors are open but yal won't let me order after having to wait 15 min on my order just needed a cheese roll up my daughter cried and asked why they were being mean and wouldn't let her have food They said I disrespectfully walked out and for that they would not Serve me or my daughter also I took video of it!!!
They can't get a order right and half the time won't even talk to u cause they're too busy on their phones or joking around with the other employees
