Tonight I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and the boneless spare ribs with rice. I took two or three bites of the Pad Thai and all I could taste was this fishy taste. It tasted NOTHING like pad thai and the noodles were cooked almost to mush. My boyfriend tried a bite, too, and before I even complained he said ‘that tastes like fish.’ My boyfriend’s boneless ribs were mostly fat. I called them back and asked them if they used some kind of fish sauce in the pad thai and they said they don’t use any kind of fish sauce. I told them that’s all I could taste. Dead silence. Never said ‘sorry about that’ or ‘can we make something else for you’ …nothing. Spent over $20 on the food and couldn’t even eat it. Never going...

I ordered food for the family. When I got back to the house I discovered my fries was old and dry. The wings was very oily because they had been redropped several times. When I call the store to let them know I wanted new fries and wings , they did not want to replace. I offered to return the food. The employee told me on the phone if I wanted fresh fries I should had went to Macdonalds . This is poor business and unacceptable practice. I've been neutral about this place- nothing special, but not bad. This visit was bad, though. The orange chicken was dry and flavorless, and I question if it was actually made today or just reheated. I decided not to eat it and instead just eat my rice, but then I crunched down on an egg shell. At least I hope it was egg shell.
