Worse experience at a Taco Bell . I was missing food and my food wasnt made correctly. I went back around to see if they could possibly give me my nacho chips and ask why the cheese was runny like soup , also to see if I could get the pico for my power bowl and nacho box. Once getting there I was told that I didnt pay for pico like it didnt come with the items I ordered, After the back and forth about that a heavy set man came over with an attitude asking what was the problem. I told him at this point I want a refund because Im missing my pico and we keep going back and forth about something that suppose to come on the items , the cheese is soupy and I didnt get my chips , plus the Mexican pizza smashed due to packing of the order. He didnt know what to do so someone in the kitchen was shouting theres nothing we can do tell her to request it in the app. When I asked could I have the number for corporate he said they dont have a number. Then I asked who are the owners ( Big A and AJ) , which wasnt help . After asking him again for a refund he told me to have a good night. Once getting home to see what I could savage out of the food , I saw my quesadilla was burn , the nachos had runny cheese liquid all over it and the taco was wet for some reason. The only thing that wasnt wrong was the power bowl but I still didnt get pico . ( the cashier did offer to take the nacho and bowl back into the restaurant to add pico to them , which is...
Read moreTo preface: I waited from ordering on mobile at 7:30 pm and left without food at 9 pm. I ordered through the mobile app and waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. When I finally got to the order speaker, I was rudely told my order wasn’t there and that I must have sent it to the wrong location. I double checked this information and I had sent it to the correct location. So I went inside (I was previously told by the woman that I didn’t need to come inside because I sent it to the wrong location) and showed that I had sent it to the correct location and that I had already paid and that the app told me that it was already being made. She then continued to tell me that she couldn’t see it and therefore couldn’t help me. She was extremely rude about it and I was adamant about getting my food, and she double checked older orders and sure enough, the order was there. She didn’t apologize or anything, but I was told that they would start making it. I then waited for my food, but it never came. The girl that was rude ended up walking out before her shift ended, leaving 2 or 3 employees working by themselves, with no manager to even give me a refund. Its the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any place that has any form of customer service. 1.5 hour wait and no food or refund because I had to leave for my own sanity. Never coming back to this...
Read moreUpdate. 01/2025. Why is it constantly an issue with night shift forgetting food? Last few months I’ve been coming, they have been leaving out several food items or whole combos it’s self ! Customer service does absolutely nothing, either. The laziness is just out right appalling at this location. They either don’t bag your entire order, or they are too lazy to melt the cheese in burritos and don’t make it correctly. For example, when I order a bean burrito add sour cream, don’t get me a burrito with non melted cheese and then leave out the onions and red sauce. Absolutely lazy and lack of management here.
Been to this location 3 times since they’ve opened. The second day of grand opening, I ordered Cinnabon delights and a bean burrito. They were “out” of the delights, not sure how, it was later at night so they probably just didn’t want to make them. They made my bean burrito wrong: no red sauce or onions. The second trip, they messed up my bean burrito again. No onions or cheese and drowned the burrito in red sauce. The third time, they were out of the delights (again) and ordered a steak quesadilla but gave me chicken. I usually go to the one in welcome next to sheetz since they don’t mess up my order. This location is more convenient, but every time I’ve gone here it is always something. Kind of...
