McDonald's — Restaurant in North Carolina

Ordered 2 sausage burritos with picante sauce. I specifically asked for picante sauce. Got home NO picante sauce. How hard is it to remember if someone orders sausage and egg burritos that picante sauce comes with it, especially since I ASKED for it and it was listed on the receipt. I get home after a long 13 hard night as a ER nurse only to find no picante sauce. I go back to the restaurant which is a few minutes from my home to get picante sauce. I said can I get the picante sauce I requested, that's supposed to come with my burritos but I didn't receive? Admittedly I was a little frustrated. Instead of an apology from the manager I got "well you don't have to be rude about it". I said lady is on the receipt how hard is it to expect to have what you requested? It's what you get paid for it's what I paid for and since you didn't actually apologize but instead was rude on top of screwing up my order. If she had just said "I'm sorry how can I make this right"? But instead I got "you don't have to come back here". I asked ok then what's your name and she covered up her name badge. So I said the large white lady whose a manager got it and left. No apology, just you dint have to come back here. This happens all the time on the morning shift. They mess your order up and there's never an apology. No "I'm sorry how can I make this right". Those simple words take an irritated customer to a much less irritated place when all I wanted was the picante sauce that was supposed to come with my order in the first place... what I actually paid for. McDonald's wonders why their sales are struggling. Look at customer service. Take a page heck take several pages out of Chick-fil-a and then you will see why they are having big profits...

I have to point out there are always so many flies at this McDonald’s on highway 52 ,which is very off putting and sometimes makes me lose my appetite. It seems no matter what time of day, or what season I visit I can expect to be swarmed by the flies, so unfortunately when thinking of this location that is the first thing that comes to mind. Every once in awhile my family and I have a strong craving for McDonald’s because let’s face it, it is a classic!, so we placed a mobile order for curbside pickup with much excitement. The excitement didn’t last long. First disappointment is that they advertise that curbside pick up orders will come out to your car in five minutes or less and that is was not the case today , for we had to wait over ten minutes for our food to arrive. The staff were pleasant and did not disappoint today . When we finally got to eat our meals mine was very very luke warm. There are not many things more disappointing than luke warm McDonald’s fries. We also had ordered an extra fry with the happy meal instead of apple slices, to our dissatisfaction we noticed in the box there were no apple slices or an extra fry. It is not very thrilling when you do not get what you ordered. Today I rate this experience with 3/5 stars because of the mishap in the order and the temperature of the food. Pathetic. Do not even bother dining in. The workers there except for a Hispanic young man are all pathetic. Managers shouldn’t even have their position. Decided to bring my toddler since he hadn’t been feeling well for awhile and enjoys a happy meal just for the workers to be SITTING on the counters dressed in home clothing arguing back with me after I simply asked if dine in was no longer taken to the tables. The order number was called out loud and since I got no receipt I wasn’t certain if it was mine. I walked over and asked if they no longer take orders to tables just for some little girl to reply rudely and say no we don’t and that they never have and never will in a gross manner. I then just said that I had been here before and remember them taking them to the table and was all then she proceeds to tell me not to get “smart” and “go on” . I calmly said there was no need for an attitude and she proceeded to tell me it would get ugly and such forth while the other worker laughed and instigated. The Caucasian manager with the long hair could less and didn’t bother saying anything. Uneducated and unmannered people are all they have working here!
