My son and I have been sick. My son had a fever of 102 so the easiest way to get an order is to do curbside. My order said it would be done in 10 to 20 minutes and I would receive a notification. When Got to Pizza Hut I decided to call because I had not yet received a notification and it had been over 20 minutes. I was on the phone for 12 minutes and no one answered. Waited a few minutes and tried to call again and the recording said the store was closed. Mind you I’m sitting in the parking lot watching people go in and out and waiting for my order or at least some type of notification. Finally after 45 minutes from my ordering time I decided to go in. I was told they were too busy to bring my order out. I have worked in the restaurant and it doesn’t matter how busy you are. You go in order! I had left a tip and they refused to even try to give me back my tip. The tip was to have it delivered to my car. I was told that I didn’t have to leave a tip. Read moreGreatly improved pizza! We ordered a supreme, thin crust and a pepperoni, extra cheese, pan crust last night . The marinara sauce was delicious, toppings were nice and the crust was cooked perfectly. Delivery was fast, pizza was hot and our delivery guy was very friendly. Thank you!
Review edit: I gave them 5 stars, but just took 2 stars off because I called them (currently on hold) to give the manager a compliment regarding the above, so the employees involved could get some positive recognition and the hispanic girl who answered the phone was so rude, sounded extremely annoyed to have to answer the phone and immediately put me on hold. I called a 2nd time and was put on hold again, the guy was not friendly either, but not as rude as the girl. I am still on hold, after two phone calls and it has now been 35 minutes!!! I finally had to hang up with nothing accomplished. I was hoping to speak with someone because everything, these days, is online and very impersonal. The so called general manager Jason and the so called district manager Connie were two of the rudest people to be working as customer service. Something went wrong with my online order when calling trying to explain and get help Jason got frustrated pull the phone off his ear and begin cussing then came back to the phone I asked why he did all of that he said he needed to cancel my order so was trying to get off the phone. When I called back he didn't answer the phone(I'm guessing caller ID) so I call from another number to speak with a manager and it happen to be him so I showed up so I could make sure he wasn't lying and let the real manager know that's when I met Connie who came around the corner with an even worse attitude and begin telling me I was wrong and I cussed at him.
