The crew at Sweetdreams never fails us! From start to finish our process of finding the right mattress impeccable. Back story is I had purchased a mattress from SweetDreams a few years ago to which my salesman, Ryan, helped me out to find that right fit. I was pretty satisfied with this Beautyrest mattress until I started to notice it was dipping significantly and not supporting me the way I needed. We recently swapped that out with manufacturers warranty but after sleeping on that one for a month or so it just was too soft and a different type mattress. Fast forward to this past week I had called the Denver l store and spoke to Greg about seeing if there was anything I could do about the situation. He said with their comfort guarantee they could figure out something to help us out. We went in last weekend and thanks to Greg(who I had no idea, happened to be the owner) found us the mattress of our dreams! He spent time with our family and made us feel right at home. His knowledge of this industry is unmatched and we are so thankful for everything he did for us. We were able to learn exactly how/why important sleep is and everything was just beyond our expectations. Our delivery came this Thursday and Preston and Jake did an awesome job setting everything up. We had one hiccup but they quickly resolved it and we’re so pleasant! Super friendly and knowledgeable owner and store manager. Easy going approach that allowed us time to consider our selections without high pressure tactics. Went in for mattresses and ended up buying a living room set too!

Just added two swivel rocker chairs to our entertainment room from Sweet Dreams in Denver, NC. The experience working with Ryan and Sweet Dreams far exceeds any other furniture buying experience we have had with other companies. Ryan is all about customer service...knowledgeable, anxious to help his customers make good design choices for their homes, and willing to do a bit of research in that effort. You can't find a better furniture store to do business with nor a better sales manager. We highly recommend Ryan.

The delivery team is equally exceptional. Today we had Conner and Todd deliver our chairs. They were meticulous getting the chairs into and through the house. They carefully inspected both chairs and even taught us a trick or two about fabric care. Exceptional customer service. Super kind people who clearly care about their customers.

Sweet Dreams helped to make purchasing a new mattress a pleasant experience rather than a chore. Ryan Husk, the Store Manager was professional and well informed. He answered all our questions in a forthright and honest manner. My daughter and I purchased the same mattress, a ProAdapt firm 12" King Size. We also purchased the Malo SLOTKK5P five sided Omniphase King Mattress Protector. I fell in love with the Bedgear Storm 3.0 Queen pillow. I am so glad I purchased it as well, as it enhanced the quality of my sleep. As I was walking through the store, I saw the perfect sign to put in my bedroom. As a Christian, it meant so much to me. It said, "Give it to God and go to sleep". What words of reassurance! The delivery team of Ben and Caden put the experience at an even higher level. They were both dressed professionally and were clean cut, presenting themselves well. They removed the old and UNCOMFORTABLE bedding and brought up the new mattress.
