Sarah’s massage overall was an eight out of 10 due to the fact that I laid down on the table at eight minutes after 12 and got there at 11:30 to fill out The necessary form prior to the massage. I was ready to have my massage 10 minutes till noon, but I sat there until five after 12 noon and was approached by Sarah to the massage room. She stepped out while I undressed and got on the table for the massage and was ready by eight minutes after 12 I looked at the clock when I heard the door knob open it was 12 minutes past noon when she said she was finished it was 11 minutes before the hour of one and I asked her if I could have five minutes to myself to resolve myself. She said she had another patient coming in so I dressed up and was out of the room by 12:58pm. This does not figure out right to me. You pay for an hour massage and you should have 60 minutes of massage there has to be allotted time in between those hours. Your body needs to compose itself, especially when you have some muscular and tendon issues to where you receiving massage. It’s good to slowly get from the table and let your blood flow back through your body so you can stand up, dress up and be on your way. I felt like I was cattle and was Waltzed into the corral and prodded out earlier than I expected also. So from 12 minutes after noon until 11 minutes before 1 PM that is 23 minutes of massage time that I did not receive. I think we all agreed that we should get what we pay for. Not really happy, not really satisfied. If you go to the dentist and they alot you one hour for your dentistry 99% of the time they may go past the hour to complete your dental work. I doubt that they’ll send you out and tell you to come back and they will finish your teeth later. I don’t think so. I have more analogies, but I don’t want to waste your time. I think scheduling should be adjusted to where you get 10 minutes prior to your appointment to get ready for your massage in 10 minutes to compose yourself and dress up and exit. I was initially unsure whether to leave a review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I scheduled a massage on Valentine’s Day, and while the service itself was acceptable, issues with my voucher left me extremely disappointed. I had a voucher purchased for me a few years ago that should have covered a one‐hour massage. However, I was informed that I owed a remaining balance due to a price increase, a change that shouldn’t affect a pre‐paid service.

When I suggested using my second voucher to cover the balance, the receptionist said she couldn’t locate my voucher. Frustrated, I mentioned I would call the original vendor, who had previously confirmed that the voucher was on file. At that point, the manager arrived, inquired of his employee about the situation without addressing me directly, and later explained that although they had found the voucher, it could not be applied at their location without the physical copy. He also mentioned that the remaining balance had been “taken care of” on that occasion.

I was particularly put off by the manager’s patronizing tone, which made me feel disrespected and dismissed. While the receptionist did apologize, the overall handling of the situation was unprofessional. Additionally, I was uneasy when I noticed that gloves were used during my full-body massage, even before reaching my feet, as an excuse for their use.

Unfortunately , I must give a bad review. While the massage itself was good, the people that work at the desk are clearly incompetent and unwilling to standby their own errors. When I scheduled an appointment, I asked specifically if the service could be shared with my daughter. I was told yes. I booked the appointment. She had the service, and then they billed my credit card $125. When I called to ask why this happened they told me I could only share a service with my home location. I told them I would not have booked the service if they would’ve informed me that when I called to book the appointment. Rather than honor, what was told to me by their people at the front desk, they insisted that they needed to charge me for their error.
