"Manager" Travis and "Assistant Manager" Pam...Horrible customer service and I would give a zero stars if I could...Placed an online order tonight...my food was cold and they did not have my order complete. Seriously neither person knew anything about the establishment they work for! They didn't have knowledge of their refund policy via online orders, they did not know their store number and they did not give us a receipt! The "MANAGER" Travis passed the phone to his Assistant Manager Pam as he could not answer anything we requested 🙄 so give her the title of Manager being that the "training" Travis has, has no educational value nor knowledge! As a person of the customer service world, you have an obligation to meet the needs of paying customers! When you mess up an order it's not as simple of remaking an order for people who have already traveled to your establishment. Memo to you we are already home when we call you! Everyone does not have time to drive back and forth. Now it's been more than a few times this has happened at your location. Fix the problem! It's ridiculous! Bad part is I always give great reviews and I understand making mistakes because we all do but not to have knowledge of who to contact for online orders refund policies? Read moreA couple of weeks ago I was at this Taco Bell and got my order to go. When I got home I was missing the nacho fries supreme. I called and they told me they would write my name down and I could just get it the next time I came in. I don’t go there very often and I told them that. So I went in today and ask about it. The “manager” said she would go check to see if my name was left. She never came back and said anything to me. We finished our food (yes I bought more food) and she still never said anything. I went back up and asked to speak to her again. I actually was talking to the manager when I asked for the other lady. The manager laughed when I asked for the manager because she knew that wasn’t really the manager. She asked what was wrong and I said I needed to speak to the manager. She still never told me she was the manager and continued to laugh at me. The actual lady who I originally talked to came over finally and said oh I thought the manager told you. I told her that their customer service sucks. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free. I actually paid for my stuff and just asked about what I paid for before that I didn’t get. Read moreOnce again there was a reason they couldn't serve us. This time it was the system being down. Last time it was because of cleaning. I know it's only two snapshots in time, but 0 for 2 is not good either way. I hate to see this restaurant decline like this. Not sure what the issue is, but if they are going to keep the doors open they should make some changes!
Edit 2 years later.holy crap how bad it the ownership of this restaurant? Today we ordered a basic meal, $7 chalupa luxe box (replace chicken chalupa with beef and no tomatoes), and a quesadilla meal extra chicken with a soft taco supreme. We received no soft taco supreme (realized before we left the parking lot). Turned around and went back through and they acted like we were tryingnto steal from them, reluctantly they gave us the taco... but no crap it was not supreme. We pulled over and parked to eat and... I know it sounds crazy but they gave my wife a chicken chalupa with tomatoes, and they cut my quesadilla like the attached picture. What the hell is wrong with the entire staff? They need a complete staff wipe! They can't read, are rude, and are incapable of completing a basic task!
