My family normally LOVES tropical smoothie and up until today has always had a wonderful experience. I thought they’d been doing great with the curbside pickup, until tonight. Placed an order on the app at 6:30, estimated to be done at 6:56. Showed up a little before 6:50 and clicked the “I’m here” button on the app. I knew it would take a bit (even though they weren’t busy, no cars in the parking lot. No one inside. Staff no where to be seen), and sat patiently. At 7:05 I called to check on my order and the employee said she would bring it right out. 5 minutes later I go inside to see what’s going on, and it’s in the pickup bin. Smoothies watered down from melting. So, placed my order at 6:30pm for curbside pickup. Called at 7:05pm to check on it and was told they’d bring it out. Didn’t get my food until almost 7:15pm. Also, during this I saw a car pull up, a gentleman go inside that she spent 20 minutes talking to and I can only imagine is her boyfriend by the way they were acting. And watched her sweep the floor. So, it’s nice to know the employees can keep the floor cleaned and swept while flirting, but can’t bring curbside orders to customers even after the customer calls to ask for it to be brought out. 45 minutes on an estimated 25 minute order. I don’t know who you had working tonight, but she needs talked to. This entire experience was unacceptable, and looking at other reviews, seems this has been a regular problem at this location in...
Read moreConstantly this business does not care if you get a correct order or not whether delivered or in cafe! When you do not and you once again must drive to the hays lane branch they could care less but MOSTLY BLAME DRIVERS FOR MISSING SMOOTHIES, saying they are supposed to read the order regardless of them putting tickets on top of each other making that impossible, they put smoothies in a different place as well? They do not want to have to deal with delivery apparently.
They have messed up my order so bad I stopped ordering from this Hays lane store. TS at Long leaf has none of these issues! Hays lane may make one out of four items correctly I order and pickup but get in the car to check and inevitably must go back in the store and wait with no apology or incentive for my order to be fixed! Today we thought we would try again! Delivered in an hour but delivered all cheese quesadillas instead of chicken and cheese we ordered and liquid...
Read moreI ordered over the phone since they are still not allowing customers inside and carry out to your vehicle, I told them the description of my vehicle several times. Then I waited over 30 minutes for a chicken wrap and a banana.. I had to go up to the door to ask where my order was after patiently waiting. They brought me the wrong order out and I told them it was wrong, then they replied with “are you sure you ordered that?” Like I didn’t know what I ordered.. Then the server finally found the right order and by that time my food was already cold, it had clearly just been sitting on the counter. The only plus is if the food been warm it would have been pretty good and the first girl I talked to seemed very sweet.
