I know this is a waste of time but I'm annoyed with the repetitive incompetence. The past 3 times I've gone to this Wendy's my drive thru order has either had something missing or something wrong. Missing fries, regular chicken sandwich instead of spicy. Things you just move on about because of Leo Getz's drive thru rule. But this time I ordered dinner for the whole family, paid a decent amount for fast food and drove all the way to Simpson to find out I'm not having the new Bourbon Bacon double cheeseburger I paid for. In fact I'm not having anything as everyone's food but mine was in the bag. I called the restaurant thinking in todays age of fast food delivery this is easily fixable for the restaurant. Manager Sheila tells me how they noticed they never gave me my food after I left, which helps nobody. I said how I was all the way in Simpson and could not drive all the way back. She advised how I did not have to drive there now, that I could any time and get a free sandwich.
Just don't expect to get what you pay for from this place. Do yourself a favor and check everything before you leave and make sure that they actually did their jobs correctly. Read moreExtremely unprofessional and very disorganized and inconsiderate of the mistakes that interrupt their customers day causing inconvenience. I order two meals clearly the order was displayed on the ordering board correctly and on my receipt but when I got the food after also being pulled up with no one else in line my food was given to me with the incorrect food in the bag. I had to turn around inconveniently go back and ask for the correct food I offered up the wrong food back it was denied. After being pulled up again to wait for another 15 mins I was then asked for the food I originally offered to them that they denied so atp I’m aggravated no one had even attempted to make the new food to correct the issue just had me waiting while they deliberate. Then after I asked for a refund another incompetent female manager refunds me money and lower priced item that wasn’t even on my receipt trying to cheat me out of what the refund should have been. Read moreI'm not sure of what happened to the previous crew(gentleman at drive thru with glasses & another gentleman that was the cook) but bring them back. I visited this location on Friday -ordered a sausage egg Swiss croissant -& you would've thought they took a pea size drop off swiss & put it on the croissant because it was BARELY there. Wasted. Went again this morning-got the same thing, & I had to drive up to wait for it-which isn't a problem. I open the wrapper to ensure the Swiss was on the croissant--i could see it on the side of the croissant. It gave the appearance that there was a nice amount on there. Drove home, opened it bit into & quickly discovered that apparently, that's the ONLY PLACE THAT THE SWISS EXISTED!!!
I'm closer to this location but from now on, I'll just drive to the one of Fire tower because this is ridiculous. Everyone at this location was nice.... But the other men that worked here-were nice AND did their job VERY well. To the manager that either let them go by way of either firing them OR not treating them right (because to be sure it can't be for lack of doing their job) --you need to get them back & probably do a little...
