Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in North Carolina

I ordered three chicken finger plates (Zack Snacks) or whatever they’re called. Over $30 of food. Get home and realize my order was entirely wrong... keep in mind now I’m already home which is 20 min away. They expected me to bring the food back right then for them to correct it which would have been another 40 minutes of driving there and back just for them to replace my food. I told them I couldn’t come back right then and it would have to be the next day. I had kids to get to bed and I didn’t have time for all that. I was told they needed my food back in order for it to be replaced otherwise they couldn’t fix THEIR mistake. Rushing me back after being home but I didn’t see them offering to pay for my gas to waste to come back out of my way the same exact night. It was nice for my first time at this restaurant.

The food was great and I liked the seamless pick-up option.

My food was ready and had all the fixings (dressings, utensils, sauces) in the bag already waiting in the holding area .

I didn't really interact with the staff this time as I didn't really need to and they were tending to other patrons.

It wasn't as busy inside as it was in the drive thru .

It was also not as expensive as I figured for a 6 PC chicken tender meal, Zaxby House Zalad and 2 nibblers .

The only thing I didn't like is my nibblers bread was HARD AS HELL lol. I will not be getting those again. It was basically like a chicken tender on a small toasted bun but it wasn't giving what I expected 😆. However, I enjoyed the sauce it came with .

This is the type of food they are selling people here, this looks like throw up on a plate and my other meal had wing sauce soaked in the toast.The manager on duty excuse was”I didn’t make it” they kept getting my order wrong. I ordered also a traditional wings n things plate and glad I check my food before I leave the window they had given me boneless. There was a girl in there with long braids that kept running her mouth because folks was tired of them messing up their food.They are not doing their job here and the wrong people are running this place.Customer service is terrible on night shift.I had to give at least 1 star to make this post.
