Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in North Carolina

So I just got dinner from this location about 30 minutes ago. I got chicken and fries for my wife and kids and got a Cobb salad for myself. The salad I got had 2 long hairs in it. One I discovered after taking a big bite.. So my wife calls em while I'm brushing my teeth and she's telling them about the hair I pulled out, etc., and at first they denied any long, light color hairs belonging to anybody there. So, I speak into the phone that I just want a refund, and they say "we don't do refunds. We can make another salad". I said "I don't want another salad or anything else from here. I just want my $ back on the meal because why would I want to chance getting more hair covered food from here? Or why would they think I still have an appetite after this?

The food itself was pretty good, I gotta get them credit there. Nobody had any complaints on the taste. But I have very little time after work to spend with my family. I work 12 hour shifts, 5 days a week. My time is valuable and it's only right that they do the responsible thing and make it right. Isn't a big franchise like this supposed to have...

If I could give this location of Zaxby’s, zero, stars, I would! I DO NOT recommend this location of Zaxby’s. Me and my parents ordered on the app three box lunches which are either chicken sandwiches or chicken tenders. It comes with a sandwich and a regular fry for $4.29. They did not give us the fries in the boxes when we picked up and we asked. The manager claimed it did not come with fries because I did not select an option for a side on the app. I have ordered this same meal 3 or 4 times and ALWAYS gotten fries. The manager was very disrespectful and claimed it did not and the person who had made the order before had incorrectly made the food because it would have cost more to have it as a side. We requested a refund because I didn’t want to pay $4.29 for three tenders /or a single sandwich. The manager stated they would have send it off to the DM for me to get a refund because it was paid for with a debit (which I would have never seen). The sandwiches my parents got were grilled chicken sandwiches and they burnt them and put week old lettuce on them and the buns were soggy and...

Dominic took my order at 2:50pm. Dominic should spend less time flirting and laughing with the girl he works with and get the orders right. Try checking them like the manager does before it goes out the drive thru. I got a fried Cobb salad with no bacon or fried onions with extra ranch and a med drink. Dominic hands my order out the the window because apparently the girl that was there could do nothing but laugh and then turn her back on me. He gets ready to close the window when I have to ask for my drink. I get home and there’s bacon on my salad. There’s 1 ranch dressing packet and 2 ranch dressing dipping cups. For a salad. I paid 15.00 for a salad and drink for this? This is why I stopped going to the Lenoir Rhyne one. They need to bring the little female Hispanic manager back.
