I don’t know where to even start…Leigh Ann and her team are fabulous to work with for whatever your occasion may be. I used them for a morning after the wedding brunch for my daughter’s wedding and it was wonderful. Leigh Ann made planning for the brunch a breeze. As you can imagine, life was crazy leading up to the day but Leigh Ann and her helper made set-up, serving and clean-up such a success. It was a wonderful way to enjoy the company of our out of town guests in the comfort of our backyard. I also used their services for a bridesmaids luncheon for my niece. Again, Leigh Ann struck gold with the menu. We had an assortment of biscuits along with a deconstructed BLT salad and fruit. Perfect way to start the wedding weekend. I have enjoyed not only the ease of their services, the deliciousness of the food but also the friendship of Leigh Ann…so so easy to work with! Keep doing what...

I had a semi-private baking class while visiting Charleston in April which I arranged by sending an email to Callie’s. I was delighted to get back a personal reply from Leigh Ann who graciously arranged for a terrific personalized baking class experience. I was able to learn how to make the fabulous biscuits Callie’s is famous for and then got to take them with me! Even reheated every day in the hotel microwave for breakfast the biscuits were fantastic! The instructor was delightful and kindly gave me a biscuit mix and beautiful cookbook to take as a souvenir. The entire experience was just wonderful and of course the biscuits are amazing! I am happy to know the mix is sold here in CA near where I live and all my kids are enjoying the biscuits from the mixes I brought back for them.
