Sigh. I ordered an Angus burger meal with cheese, no ketchup no pickles and fries with salt and pepper (a number 8 if I remember correctly)1st mistake: person taking order (drive-thru) did not ask me what drink I wanted even though menu indicated it came with a drink (I didn't particularly care about this oversight as I don't drink Coke so would have just dumped it). Total came to $9 and change. I get to the window and gave the guy my card. He returned it and my receipt. I asked for a small cup of ice and he said no problem. While I waited I happened to glance at my receipt. Mistake #2: what the heck, charged $18 and change. For some reason my order was doubled. No biggie. I alert the window guy, he apologized profusely. I asked if he needed my card back, he said no he'd just give me cash. I would have preferred it back on my card as I don't like carrying cash but hey again not a big deal. He repeatedly apologized, gave me my refund. I saw him add salt and pepper packets and smiled that I didn't have to remind him. He gave me my food, apologized again. I asked for ice and he quickly got me a large. I drive off and get to where I can pull over and eat. First I ate the fries which were just okay, the fries at Dorchester Rd are better. Then I take a bite out of the burger. Mistake #3: what the fudge???? SIGH, ketchup. I loathe ketchup hence my ordering without, the receipt actually had no ketchup and pickles on both orders. I'm seriously irked. I do try to eat it anyway but to say I despise ketchup is an understatement. That leads us to mistake #4 there's no bloody cheese on the burger. Cheese that I paid for and MIGHT have (but in all honesty because of my personal taste preferences I doubt) made it possible to eat despite the ketchup.
I have no clue if it had pickles I couldn't eat enough to determine.
I couldn't even go back for a refund as the window guy kept my receipt from the double...
Read moreDO NOT PATRONIZE THIS EXCUSE FOR A SANDWICH SHOP. They don’t actually have ham bc they are owned by Muslims and do not serve pork but they claim to have ham on their subs. Did some research and discovered, what they really have is turkey ham (turkey that tastes like ham)I would say whoever nick is can go F himself but Nick doesn’t even exist just like this places dedication to quality products and proper portions and not misleading customers (which is illegal). Ordered from Uber eats. Got 2 ham turkey and cheese subs. There was literally 1 slice of tomato on each sub, minimal lettuce, one pathetic sliver of onion, no turkey on either sub and no sides. Not even chips or a pickle. And I spent $25 on the subs. I’ve spent 22yr in a kitchen and if my employees tried to pass this off as acceptable to serve my customers I’d fire them on the spot. I feel ripped off. Spend your money at subway. At least you get a proper potion of toppings on your food. I want my money back!!!! I’m so mad I have steam coming from my ears. I will be contacting the proper authorities in the morning. It’s now my goal to see this...
