On this day there was an exceptionally long line and only one person working the register. With all fairness, he was working very hard and doing a good job with what he had. I ordered a special deal which included a Whopper, fries, drink and a dessert cookie and I specified no pickle and heavy ketchup. I was immediately told up front that there were no cookies available I was only offered an alternative when I pushed. I was also told that ketchup was on the counter and I could get as much as I wanted. I was then told the only substitute available to me for dessert was a small vanilla ice cream with no topping. After a short wait considering the length of the line, I got my food which was bagged and ready for a take out even though I specified I was dining in. I proceeded to get a drink where I found there was no ice. I had to go back to the counter and get ice from the back. I went to my seat and started unbagging my food and found there were no napkins which constituted another trip to the counter. When I took my first bite of the meal I realized it was filled with pickles which I specified up front I didn't want. Another trip to the counter was necessary where I got another Whopper. Back to my seat again to enjoy my meal and after inspection of the sandwich again to make sure it was right I noticed there was no lettuce on it. Back to the counter again where I was told they were out of lettuce. I asked why they didn't tell me this up front and the person at the counter just shrug their shoulders. First attempt: closed early for no reason Second attempt: got food, but it took almost half an hour Third attempt: was in line for ten minutes and it only moved up by one car. Got to the speaker and was told that they had a lot of online orders so it may be a minute. Said that's fine, I'll wait. Five minutes later the speaker comes back on to say they're cash only. Should've led with that before I waited 15 minutes in line. Feels like an excuse to get me to leave, too, because how are you getting online orders but can't process card payments? This place should just close. They don't have the staff required to do the bare minimum, sometimes even including staying open when they say they are. We noticed what appeared to be the manager "fumble" through a ring of keys until she located the right one and locked the door. Th I sent was during operational hours (2:15 - 3:45). To my knowledge No Restaurant is to lock their doors unless it is an Emergency Situation. After 5 minutes I went to the front door and knocked, my daughter let me in. The person behind the counter told her she was not suppose to let me in. She told him I was her mother. I demanded to speak with the manager who turned out to be the individual who locked the establishment. I told her how long my daughter had been waiting and demanded a refund for a $25 meal where everyone knows this is in extreme excess of the food menu. Why the Extremely Poor Service?
