Whiskey Run Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in North Charleston

I usually go up there with a good friend of mine and she goes up there more than me. There is a bartender there kinda tall thick with tattoos she now has dark brown hair. I’ve seen her multiple times and she has served us before. The night I came in with my friend I sat down before her and I was the paying that night as well. She waited until my friend to sit and ONLY greeted my friend and ONLY asked my friend what she wanted to drink. This is NOT her first time doing this. After she asked my friend what she wanted to drink my friend asked me what I wanted I thanked my friend for asking me since the bartender didn’t end she claimed she was going to ask me next. So I said what I wanted and she asked me for my id and claimed she has never seen me in her life when she just served us the week before and gave us a sob sorry about how it was her sisters birthday which is on Oct 11and how she couldn’t be with her(but she has never seen me). She it got heated after that we went outside to cool down came back in and when we did she looked at my friend and said she was only serving her but not me. So I tossed an empty shot glass and we argued again and she pulled a bottle on me I pulled the chair and people we’re holding me back and I left. Her service was HORRIBLE! She thought I was drunk but with her nasty attitude and my all the things I have going on in my personal life I snapped. Plus like I said that is not the first time she has had horrible customer service towards me at that point I was fed up ! How do I get in contact...

I ordered three drinks from here and was told my tab was closed and I was good to leave. I wake up the next morning to see a notification on my phone that says this establishment charged me more than $30 over what my tab actually was. There is obviously a significant amount of lying, stealing, manipulation and miscommunication going on here and that is really sad. I went to the Facebook page to HOPEFULLY get some help (because I tried calling the bar directly about 30 times and got forwarded every single time) and the person that is in charge of the Facebook page is ABSOLUTELY going to drag that bar down. I tried resolving this issue for HOURS and this person just kept on trying to assume I was in the wrong and was continuously saying that I “Shouldn’t leave without paying your tab” and “Did you even tip?” and just a bunch of other extremely rude, unnecessary and immature things in an attempt to frustrate me further. It was just a pathetic attempt to help. I was hoping to be able to speak directly to a manager but there doesn’t even seem to be a legitimate way to contact the business directly. And that is unfortunate. I will have to find other ways to solve this issue. I NEVER wanted to involve third parties or extra people into this matter but it seems that nobody from their side of things wants to make things right. And that is even more...

I was waiting for a 6 piece wing the entire time we were at karaoke (great gig), got charged for it and then reminded them that i hadn't gotten them yet after waiting almost an hour and the girl told me then they were out of the flavor I ordered. I gave a new flavor and waited another 10 min only for them to say we're working it out and I let them know I would just take a refund bc everyone else in my party was ready to leave. They refunded me, but not before the blonde bartender insulted me to my face as if I wasnt standing directly in front of her while she was letting another bar patron know that she sang the same song as me before I got there and to not "discredit her like that bc they should know she did it better" when they thought that she was singing when it was me. Needless to say, extremely embarrassing.

Maybe if the staff wasn't busy taking shots with customers and playing on their phones, they would've been able to handle an order that should've came out in 10 min and had a little bit more common courtesy and social awareness to the customers they're blatantly disrespecting.

I've been a regular here since I used to host trivia there myself in 2022, but I probably won't be back or at least order anything if I see the blonde...
