Wendy's — Restaurant in North Chicago

I grew up in the era when Wendy’s (during the 1970’s) had the slogan “Hot and Juicy”. Now, their burgers and fries, all of their food is horrible. What happened to the delicious juicy burgers? The frostys are a melted mess. The fries are dry. The burgers are stale and dry and unseasoned. The vegetables aren’t fresh. What I’m about to say may sound controversial, but I cannot help but notice that since these Mexicans have completely taken over a lot of the fast food chains, the food is terrible. Popeyes. McDonald’s. Dunkin Donuts. Burger King. Wendy’s. I grew up eating at these places and not only is the food terrible, but the customer service has gone to trash as well. I will no longer patronize these places. I’m sick of them. I wasted my money today and I had to throw the food away. That’s just how horrible it...

If you guys put some one in the drive thru window, make sure they know about the app or how to use it. I went yesterday to order small Chile and small fries with my Wendy's points, so wen he scanned my phone it took my points for both small Chile and fries. And he was still charging 3 dollars wen I clearly showed points were taken off so basically wen you use points for food u don't have to pay if anything I was suppose to get charged only for the cheese that went in the Chile. He looked frustrated but how is it my fault u DNT know how to use an app??? U work here. So today I'll see ur manager to make sure u get taught some new things about ur job....

I've ordered the 4 for 4 deal from this Wendy's multiple times and every time I get the burger I tell them plan and dry nothing on it but meat cheese and bacon every time they mess it up this place also has placed 2 nuggets in my box before instead of 4 I understand speaking a different language may be a barrier but when the screen shows plane and dry how hard is it for the people in the back to not put the items on the burger I'm making there job easier this is by far the worst most inconsistent place I have ever eaten at and yes I could chose to go to another place but I'm not the one causing the problem the workers just need to...
