Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Haledon

I ordered this morning for delivery from this store through Uber Eats. The order came to over $60.00. It was delivered in a timely manner but half the order was missing. I tried to reorder the missing items, but the delivery fees came to almost more than the missing items. Consequently, I just called Uber and got a refund. This seems to happen every time I order thru delivery services rather than restaurants that have their own delivery employees. There are always items missing. The most frustrating thing is that this store did not include a sales slip or provide a phone number anywhere—on line etc. All of the other Dunkin Donuts provide telephone numbers in their websites. I wanted to call them to find out if they did not fill the order properly, or if the Uber delivery person failed to take the entire order. I called Dunkin Donuts Customer Service to complain about this store. Since I could not contact them, I will never order...

Used to get my coffee here every morning, but this place changed. The manager is very polite and kind, but every morning when I get my ice coffee, they never stir any of the flavors, so you get normal coffee for the first few sips and then a disgusting burst of sugar all clumped towards the bottom of your drink. You can mix it yourself but the caramel swirl needs to be broken up and you can't mix it yourself very well. I know for a fact that it takes the workers two seconds of effort to break up the caramel, and they can stir it while they are pouring it from the tap, and they used to do it, seems like they are just being a little lazy. I recently visited Dunkin’ with my friends and tried a few drinks that I usually enjoy from another place. Unfortunately, we were all disappointed. The Sabrina Carpenter refresher was extremely watery and lacked flavor, almost tasting like plain water with a hint of sourness. My friend’s mango pineapple refresher with lemonade also felt watered down and lacked the vibrant flavor we expected. Even the matcha latte was a letdown, coming out watery and almost tasteless, with no sweetness at all.

Overall, our drinks didn’t live up to expectations, and we hope the quality improves. It was a disappointing experience for us. And PS: can we go light on the ice? Like we’re not olaf from frozen why is 3 quarters of the drink iced? LITTERALLY...
