I started stopping here after a change to work my schedule, and boy was that a mistake. The days I visit the drive through here are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 5:10-5:25am and almost every time, there's only 2 people on staff max, but some days, there's only one. The real kicker is that yesterday morning (September 14, 2021), I stopped by after picking up a client and we both ordered our usual. The girl at the window DELIBERATELY gave us the wrong bag of food and then asked us to give it back her while saying "next time, I'll just let you grab the wrong order ". To say these girls need to be retrained in customer service would be putting it lightly. Two weeks ago, when I'd went to the drive through in the morning, upon placing my order, the girl AUDIBLY complained about the amount of food I'd ordered WHILE I COULD STILL HEAR HER. If these girls hate their jobs, then just get a new job, but don't take it out on paying customers . This employee has a very bad and unprofessional attitude. She uses bad language around the customers and I have noticed children around when she speaks this way. She gives other employee's bad attitudes and she seems to be too busy flirting with male customers and given them her number while I am waiting to be attended. This is completely unprofessional and I will no longer visit this place. I asked her for her name and she didn't want to. I asked another employee for her name and they told me her name.
