Girlfriend and I go here early morning on her way to work & the drive thru constantly messes up orders. If someone adds the word "Light" they don't seem to know it means to add the creme they usually add like all the other stores know already. They have messed up numerous orders. I have had to go back to have them correct the mistake several times. We are patient & even like the lady at the window but something going on inside is not right. This morning we pull up to the speaker while having a truck behind us & no one responded for a good time there. To add the tea wasn't even made right.....again...
One time tea had lemon and sugar & I always say light with a specific amount of sugar. Another time they mixed lemon and creme (are you kidding me?) Or the sticker says the right amount of everything shows it but tastes like no sugar maybe 1 scoop was added.
Now I know its late or mad early however you want to see it & ppl get tired especially if things get slow but when something does occur... WAKE UP. Lol. Ordering gets annoying at times too. Not sure if it's the mic or the worker's understanding of English. But some mystery shoppers should consider hitting this one at different times of the day & often.
while looking to make a review I see there are many other bad reviews of this location & I can see why. Some of these reviews leave me concerned & wonder if it is just safer to drive up the street more to the other dunkin which is not too far up. Who also have not messed up one order yet. Well just the 1st one but I expect that as they get used to see you.
Idk... maybe the people on night shift should switch to days cause I am not sure those hours fit with their rhythm. Who knows now with reviews like the ones I read from...

The wait times are always long and if you go inside forget that they'll acknowledge you standing there. Today was the worst of all my visits here. I made a mobile order today that included a frozen coffee and an apple pie. While the coffee was okay the amount inside the cup was good for a small cup not a medium. I start eating the apple pie and it was hard but I didn't think anything of it. As I took the 4th bite from the corner of my eye I noticed something dark I look and it was MOLD. I immediately went back to the store and instead of an apology to make it right I was greeted with people that look unhappy and the only three words I received were "is cash okay". Like really? Me & my Husband stops here to get my coffee on a regular & were going to stop doing this routine because the customer service is horrible, & it's not just one time, it is every time we stop here, there is never any how are you doing or have a great day, just complete silence. from the time we order until the time we get my coffee & leave, So we don't say anything either any more. These young ones with there attitudes or just look miserable, . Really should not work in customer service if you have none. Me & my Husband decided after today we will be going to another dunkin donuts, We are not going to spend our hard earned money that gives out poor service. This place is terrible, I would give a 0 if allowed! This is why there wont be customer service eventually cause of the service . & when your job is taken or you don't have it anymore, dont ask yourselves...
