Just a crappy experience. Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. Was informed it would be 30 to 40 minutes for delivery. After a half hour past THEIR estimated time for delivery, my wife calls and is informed they are very busy and limited help (but no eta on our delivery). After a hour past their window for delivery, my wife goes to see about just picking it up. Talking to the lady it's clear they are in fact very busy, but where's our order that was placed over a hour and half at this point? She's informed that it's out for delivery and we'll receive it any moment. After going back and forth we finally got a refund, but was assured that the food was still out for delivery and will receive soon......it's been 24 hours now and still no delivery 😑. I really don't know what the communication issue is with this place. Why would they say 30 to 40 minutes if they're that behind? If the food was actually out for delivery and the driver couldn't find our house, why not call me? I honestly think they forgot to make it, its the only logical thing that makes sense. I ordered a Pacific Veggie pizza. I specifically clicked no cheese at the top of my order and again for no feta when ordering. I didn’t realize shredded provolone was even an option since it was listed with in the midst of the veggies. When we saw the cheese, I had to call 4 times before the phone was answered. When i finally reached someone, I was told they would have to charge me full price. I do realize it was my error now. But when I asked why no one called me, I was told they were “too busy to call people”. I still can’t believe the way I was treated by Luke. I am not satisfied at all. Read more86 minutes to deliver a barely luke warm pizza. Email said 31-46 minutes. My pizza was checked 30 minutes after order. It took almost 60 more minutes for delivery. It didn't leave the store for 30 minutes after it was checked. I had to call. Was told the store delivery time is 40 something to 60 something minutes. So my pizza took nearly 30 more minutes than the max. Was offered a discount on my next order. Ummm. Thanks but no thanks. I'm not ordering again. Told them I didn't want it. Even a discounted barely warm dominos pizza isn't worth what I'd pay for it. Note how dried up the sausage and pepperoni is by the time it was delivered.
