What an amazing experience!!!! I have tried oil and vinegar in Italy and this shop is just as amazing! The flavors are explosive and the variety is vast. They have sweet and savory oil and vinegar as well as delicious recipes!!! I tried one of the vinegars with a little toquilla and seltzer (Patty’s recommendation) and it was delicious! It was just as good without the toquilla!!! She has everything you could think of and it is all delicious!!! Next time I am getting a soup and a spice packet! Not only were the products absolutely awesome, but Patty is a joy! She is a fountain of good recipes to try and mixes to make if you have any questions she is welcoming and helpful!!! She suggested pairings and when I told her what I usually cook she helped me find the oil and vinegar that were best for me. I cannot recommend this wonderful place enough!!! GO THERE TOMORROW!!! AMAZING experience!! Stopped in today with my mother and we remain impressed. The oils are so light and the labeled flavors come through beautifully. The raspberry balsamic we purchased may become my all-time favorite thing ever. The woman working was so kind and informative. She alone is worth stopping in again. Quaint little store with friendly service. They have a wide selection of flavored Olive oils and Balsamic Vinegars to be used while cooking some of your favorite dishes. One of my families favorite is my roasted red potatoes made with the rosemary and garlic oils. I use the flavored balsamic as my salad dressing and in Marinades.
