Horrible manager and drive thru employee. Rude unprofessional. Went there at 1215 lunch on 11/30/22. I ordered food after waiting about 15 minutes in line. Then waited another 8 minutes or so. Got to the window I presented my phone to use my rewards as always on my app and the cashier refused and stated u were spouse to give that to me when u order in drive thru. I wasn’t aware of that. She said there’s a sign which I didn’t see. Maybe that’s this stores new hand written rules but not burger kings official rules that states if u don’t inform them u are using rewards or offers on app you cannot get your food. Well I informed her I didn’t know can she make exceptions and I have only 30 minutes lunch break and there was atleast 10 people waiting behind me. She said no shut the window and called manager. Manager came and kept calling me baby. Excuse me I am not your baby I am a customer and I don’t know u. Then she said plain and straight up she can’t help me and I need to get back in line to reorder. I told her I had already waited 30 minutes she said she can’t help. And she yelled out and stated I am deleting your order and started swiping a card on the register. I contacted the store requesting a general manager info and she or whomever it was that answered the phone after 20 rings hung up on me. So I contacted corporate and let’s see what happens I will post an update on this situation. Keep in mind I have been going to this Burger King since 15 plus years before even they moved from the other block to this new location. Read moreI want to Burger King last night to get the double bacon King meal I got three meals one Burger without ketchup because they are allergic to catch up and fries the other two I got onion ring after we waited in the line for over 40 minutes my order was messed up when I was placing my order the manager was very rude would not let me get out everything I need to say and only kept saying is I got you so we pulled up waited and waited and waited then we called in the store and asked him as their problem inside Burger King when he answer the phone and tell my hello we ask is this Burger King yes this Burger King we have some was he too busy to play take out order no we're just short people and he hung up the phone so after we got our order everything was messed up so then they told us the proceed to pull up so he could get an order right and wait some more Danny brought back a single double bacon and we told her we are the double then we looked in the bag it was all french fries we told him we ordered two onion rings he took the burger back he took the fries back gave us some cold undone onion rings and it looks like he put the extra Patty on top of the same one that they touched and gave it to us I did not want to argue with the manager or pick a fight with the manager so we just pulled off very rude and I mean very rude we will contact corporate today about...
Read moreJan 7th around 10:30pm I stopped by this BK to grab a bite to eat w/ my sister, never thought I would leave BK drive through so upset. The women took 1 minutes to respond to us once we said hello, she told us one moment then we waited another 2 minutes then decided to leave we were stuck since there was another guy picking up his order. Once he left we were able to ask the women would it be okay to order here she said DID I NOT TELL YOU WAIT A MOMENT. We told her the situation on how we decided to leave because it took so long to get in our order. Then she yelled at us again saying DID I NOT TELL YOU TO WAIT; she kept repeating her self for some odd reason. My sister felt bad once she told us she was by her self so she politely asked her can we please order here? She had the worst attitude with us, she was so unreasonable then she yelled at my sister saying did anyone not tell you not to be rude to the person serving you (this is a threat). My sister kept apologizing but the girl kept being so rude, at the end we both got frustrated then told her she was the one being rude so she rolled her eyes then closed the window on us.
