I go to this Starbucks nearly every day, and I love the staff! A lot of them remember me and will start making my drink when I walk in if they aren't too busy! So I won't be giving a low star review, however I had a bad experience on Tuesday 11/15/23. The evening before, Monday, I ordered my usual drink, and the cashier rang it up wrong, which I didn't know because I repeated my order twice to her. I always use the app, so the receipt with the wrong order is on my phone. I arrived at my office about 12 minutes later at 5:43 and I noticed my drink was off so I looked at the label and saw that the drink order was wrong. I had an appointment in 15 minutes so I couldn't go back until after, but they close at 8 and I wouldn't have made it back, therefore I called instead. The person who answered the phone, I'm not sure who it was, said they remembered me and would write my name down and they'd remake my drink. Normally if they leave syrup out I'll just have them add it in instead of doing a complete drink remake, but I wasn't able to go back because of my schedule. I went back the next day and Eden, who was there the evening before, passive aggressively called me a liar, said she didn't speak to anyone the evening before and my name was not written down... I'm not sure if she's the only one who answers the phone... But I did speak to someone, I also go to this Starbucks nearly every day, and PAY for my drink so I wasn't trying to just get a free drink but she made me feel that way. I had to show her my call log proving that I did indeed call and spoke to staff, not to mention the receipt was in my app, with the wrong order. She ended up discounting the drink and gave it to me for free after asking how to spell my name twice and still spelling it wrong, and what seemed like sarcastically telling me to have a nice day, which I don't understand because I'm not affecting her paycheck nor did I ask for my drink to be made wrong. Listening skills were lacking that day and the day before. And it upset me that she would accuse me of lying to get a drink that I literally order every day. I don't appreciate that at all. And they mess my order up every single time and I’m stuck paying for extra stuff even when they don’t add it how hard is to make a drink correctly? I have complained multiple times and was even told to find another Starbucks when instead of getting my order right they are always rude about it too. I order the same two drinks every single day for over a year and they still mess it up.!!!!! Does that look like extra caramel no it doesn’t I’m tired of paying for extra stuff and not getting it. 9/14/2024 went to this Starbucks again after a long time of not going and had my drink remade twice and they still messed it up. Again making me pay for extra stuff but not giving it to me and then having the drink remade they didn’t put the salted caramel cold foam because they did not look at the sticker so now I have to go drive 30 mins out of my way to have a Starbucks that I know makes my drink right make it and pay again. Because the stupidity of people at this Starbucks I wish you could leave multiple reviews because I would!!! Read moreAs others have mentioned, the location is a nice spot near the highway and the hospital (great for treating yo'self after yucky procedures.) That said, it's dang near possible to get INTO the drive thru - you have to cut through a parking lot of an occupational therapy building. Very odd, but not the fault of the store.
My reasoning for the 2 stars is the very slow service. The staff is great, but the service is just not acceptable for a location of this visibility. I have visited this location 2x in the past week (following the aforementioned visits to the hospital) and both times my drink was incorrect.
I order a venti double chocolate chip creme based frapp with substitute white mocha syrup (4 pumps.) I ALWAYS mobile order so that there is no confusion. However, last week my drink was a java frapp. I drank it to avoid being "a karen" when the line was so long.
Today's drink was a joke. I didn't get any creme topping, a drinking straw, and my drink was 100% full of coffee. I went home and poured it out like I was in the Boston Tea Party of the 1700s, lol.
