Pagoda Inn — Restaurant in North Kingstown

So here goes. I ordered tea with my food and I got what I would consider was a child's size glass. We all know these glasses are gonna be full of ice so even less to drink aside of small glass. Waitress took way too long to refill my tea and where I was really upset was I was charged for every single little refill. I'm a full grown man, how can an 8oz glass full of ice be enough? got takeout, two lunch specials, and i’ve never been more disappointed. food tasted old, soggy, oily and the little flavor it had was bizarre. not to mention the “chow mein” was a goopy mix of onions and gravy with barely any noodles. felt incredibly sick after, even just looking at the food diminished any appetite we had. my daughter couldn’t keep her food down and threw it up. it felt shameful eating the food.
