WORST BOURBON STREET IN VEGAS OR PROBABLY EVER— 2 RUDELY AGGRESSIVE PREJUDICED UNPROFESSIONAL UNKEMPT BARTENDERS IN AN UNSAFE UNHYGIENIC LOCATION

I retract my former review with 4 stars after months of horrible treatment hopefully as honest chance that Management/Owner will respond. UPDATED REVIEW 6/12/19

1052pm June 12th 2019: There is no formal way to complain nor contact management as of yet. I was told by Caucasian heavyset long hair brunette (never gives her name) Bartender that even though I have never been 86d she was 86ing me upon walking in and while trying to give my ID to join a friend to play pool and have drinks —-she said ”Edward I am refusing service to HER (She doesn’t even look at me to address me when she knows my name) I’ve formally never 86d Her but I have right to refuse service to anyone I want”—when I asked why? “You talk too much and I see you in with a different guy every time it’s bad for Morale” —I calmly walked out and recorded the convo—3 weeks ago I walked out of same establishment because the same bartender was rude when I was meeting a coworker that had already ordered my food — she told me that night that she doesn’t like my attitude and I’m always talking — loudly to my male coworker. When I’m there with my girlfriend there is never a problem.

— I live in the neighborhood and have been coming to Bourbon Street for years— not just this one, I’m from Chicago and immensely enjoyed the Marionette Park Location, and based off my previous experiences I began visiting Bourbon Street in Las Vegas 4 years now since I’m a permanent resident. This location is the only one in which I have been blatantly disrespected repeatedly without due cause. I've been in the dottys club every since I moved to. Vegas over 14 years ago I've been in the bourbon street club ever since I moved to the north side a loved across the street going on 6 years now I have been a customer longer then the bartenders have been at this Location. Speaking up I went in to night after a 7month brake to see the it a pack nearly any machines available like 2 or 3 Game Kings my favorite is The U1s which I sit at the one that's by the bar but have another seat next to it not the single one the double side U1 . Some men was sitting there when I enter so I patiently waiting for one to come available he left and got his things and left out I tried to gather my things and go to the U1 to see the 5:30 bartender saving it for someone that wasn't even there i ask she said soneone sitting there after the save of over 10min here come someone walking in walk to the ATM and went to that machine I was surprised to know that this was allowed now which is unfair to people that arrived first that can't have a machine because the bartenders are saving them for their friends or maybe they Tipers idk but it unfair and unacceptable.like I said I've have been spending money with this company since I moved to Vegas over...

I go Bourbon Street often to watch games and play video poker. I came in on Sunday 6/29 and got my regular a shot with a beer from two gentlemen that's I see there often. An older man and young man together. I came in two days later 7/1 and ordered my usual a shot and a beer while playing, but the older lady at the front wearing glasses told me they don't do that anymore. I asked when Bourbon Street stopped giving 2 drinks, and I know you can't get another until 1 hour has passed by? She said they make changes all the time. I said so when I come back and order this on another day when you're not here, will I get those drinks. "She (Kristy) says probably so because they're not reading the memos."
