Taco Bell should hire only boys, men are more tolerant and more discreet in terms of prejudice, and women tell and show right in the face of the customer that they are consuming, but they are not welcome to seat in the tables of the restaurant because she finds you ugly enough for her taste. This place use to be great. Now it sucks. I ordered with no tomatoes or sour cream. Surprise surprise I get both boxes with just that sour cream and tomatoes. So I have to drive all the way back wait in the drive through for 25 minutes. Asked to speak to the manager. Ethan if that's his real name. I tell him what happened and he tells me well the chicken cantina taco comes with pico de gallo. I said ok I said no tomatoes he said so you don't want pico de Gallo I said no it has tomatoes. I said also I had to bring the cinnamon crisp back because they taste old and smells bad. He said they're not old. He was rude AF I got the tacos back after waiting for another 10 minutes with sour cream and the cinnamon crisp that i brought back back. All he did was warm them up. I asked him if I could get the cooperate number he said he didnt know it and that he didn't think there was a cooperate number because it's franchise. I asked for his manager name and if I could get the phone number there he said he didnt know that either that if I wanted it I had to go on Google. He told me his managers name is Rosita. So my husband did a pick up order from another location, 2 burritos with black beans since he CANNOT eat any meat and when he got home we discover they had meat instead. He went on the Taco Bell app and use a 10$ coupon to re order using DoorDash, and from this location on Ann road this time, had to pay DoorDash and also tip, money thrown on the trash because this burritos also had MEAT. Called both places and I was told they could do nothing unless we go there ourselves. This location on Ann road re made the burritos for us but he actually had to picked them up this time. When he gets there first person (a guy) on the window is actually nice, but then a second person (a teenage girl) hands him the food and gives him attitude saying I know it’s made with black beans this time and rolled her eyes at him. This was not our fault and had to deal with this all morning. So I don’t know, it’s not that hard to read an order but mistakes do happen but then to give us attitude to a mistake that it was on your end?? That is just crazy. Do not go to this location, they obviously do not care at all. This happen today 8/13/2024...
