The source is usually where I go to get my product because they usually have great deals. However, today when I went to pick up my order, I asked the bud tender if he could help me understand some of the deals so I pulled out my phone and he helped me find a better deal, SO WE THOUGHT!! The one that I ended up finding online said that it was at a THC level of 28.24 so I ended up changing the product that I originally ordered because this THC Level was higher. When I got home and I went to open the package before I even opened it, I happen to notice that it said 24.45 and I was confused so I immediately called Kris The budtender & when he got on the phone with me, he was also confused. He said that he remembered seeing the 28.24 on the website with me so he asked me if I still had the website pulled up with that on there and I told him yes I did. Something about that didnāt make me feel right, so I took a screenshot. Once I got off the phone with Kris, sure enough they updated the THC level to say 24.45 when I got to the source and the manager tried to come out and talk to me, He tried to tell me that he didnāt understand how the website was showing 28 when he was the one who tested the bud and heās the one who tested it out at a 24. I told him I donāt know about his system, but what I do know is that I have a screenshot to prove and I have his own workers word to say that it was showing 28.24. The manager was being combative and not taking ownership for anything. He couldāve came out and said āhey, Iām so sorry for the mess up. I can only give you 500 pointsā or whatever it was that he wanted to offer me for the mess up, but instead he tried to come out and lie to me and as I told him Liars, donāt sit well with me So I really didnāt even want to talk to him anymore and I told him that I would finish everything off with Kris so the manager decided to walk over to another budtender and I tried to talk to Kris and just tell him āhey man, you know what Iām talking about if he just came out here and took accountability and was honest with me, I wouldāve been coolā well the manager looked at me and was like āhey can you like stopā and he got the right one tonight cuz who does he think heās trying to shut me up?? Itās freedom of speech out in the world I can talk to Kris about whatever I want to talk about so I responded with can you please shut up cuz at this point I was just extremely upset that he tried to come out and lie and make me look like a fool or something and thank God I was able to screenshot it on the website before he changed it, and then heās trying to tell me to stop talking?!? This all goes to say that you guys really need to pay attention to what the website is saying and to what your bag is saying because they might be a lying!!! Had I not caught that, how many other customers would be thinking theyād be getting a 28.24 THC level? And then on top of that, all they gave me was 500 points from what I read from another reviewer is they could take that away from me at any point so realistically, I didnāt get anything resolved and I will forever keep that screenshot for proof. He tried to tell me that he brought the bud in at 6pm tonight, so there was no way that it could be showing wrong. Well I took the screenshot at 7:06 and I showed him the screenshot multiple times, but he didnāt care about the screenshot or About his website falsely advertising, but as I told him, I know that he had to fix it because of the false advertising and he tried to lie to me again and tell me no thatās not what he did. Basically you have works here pushing what they want to and not giving someone exactly what they asked for and then you cannot return it if it is their mess up. So he is stuck with two indicas he did not want at all he said sativa four times and the guy said yup that is these after trying to push the other indica items. If you need sales or quotas we get it but don't fully disregard what someone asked for wanted to pay for that type and unfortunately not getting that even tho he was told many times it was all sativa. Their indica hybrid he wanted sativa hybrid. Also I wrote this on his behalf you guys have done this to a few people WHY?????? It is that hard to just give people what they asked for? My problem- I went through months/maybe years of faulty disposable carts but hung in there due to superior product. Eventually I gave up in malfunctioning/unreliable disposable carts and used only regular cartridges of ice water hash for respiratory support. It, too, became an economic necessity.
Now- they have discontinued the production of cartridges and are only producing faulty/sub par disposable cartridges for the unknown future. Why would you do this to your brand & customers and without adjustment to your faulty disposable cart prices? Your errors are now on the backs of your patients/customers and I am very disappointed that you are KNOWINGLY selling unreliable/faulty products. Why are you destroying your brand and customer base? I am now searching for alternative brands and will soon be moving a substantial (monthly) amount of business elsewhere. Due to the faulty disposable carts, it cost double to use disposables (v. Regular cart). Very sad for all- asap, find a way to produce standard carts or you may not survive this mistake.
