Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

This post is specifically for the Carl's on Centennial and Losee in North Las Vegas. I was just there grabbing some quick dinner for the fam before work.

I used the Drive- Thru. Ordered 4 simple combos. No special orders. Just- as they come.

And of course I'm told - "It might take awhile" and to pull around front. Sure no worries. They must be busy. I get around front- I am the Only car in the parking lot. Fine. I wait about 25 minutes (and that's a gracious estimate). The lady comes out- I ask her, "Hello, that's 4 combos right?" She replies "Uh, yes" blankly. She didn't know.

So I open the awfully lightweight bag for a $50 order. And - sure enough - they gave me 1 fry order. I am 3 fries short.

I go inside, to kindly let them know. Now a bit disappointed already. The place was EMPTY. Not sure why I had to wait almost 30 minutes ... the guy who took my order at the window had gone to lunch and came back already at this point.

Then I stand there - assuming they are dropping 3 more fries - the lady does not look apologetic- instead she eyes me suspiciously. I literally brought in the bag and had followed her right back in the restaurant. That's how quickly I checked the bag. It was easy to notice 3/4 of an order missing.

Instead, I get home and after all that - they didn't even have the courtesy to make fresh fries. They reheated some old stale fries and drowned them in salt. They were so gross.

Not to mention the ice in our drinks had melted while waiting for the forgotten part of my order.

For what I paid, I am extremely disappointed. I am not one to leave a bad review. But they were so smug and clearly just being lazy, as the place was dead.

I only gave 2 stars because the Chile burger was pretty good. Last time I went here everything was so good. They must have switched out staff. Wont...

Horrible horrible customer service under staffed which is understandable and sad however I literally had to wait 30 mins for the guy to stop playing with his friend that was inside the store for him to even take my order unacceptable then after he took the order had to park and wait again after 15 mins of waiting I went inside and just simply ask for a refund right off bat the guy that was there started talking crazy saying I can’t give u a refund I don’t know what to tell you telling me to come back tomorrow because no manger or upper leadership was in the store unacceptable then I asked for a receipt that actually had the amount I paid ect a clear receipt he also told me he couldn’t do that and told me he could write me a receipt because there machine was messed up unacceptable so I had no choice but to wait for the food and deal with he still talking crazy calling me a Karen even though I’m black just very childish and unprofessional then literally keep provoking me until I literally had to set him straight then told me I should be nice after he called me out my name new cause he’s the on making my food as if I was gonna eat anything from that store after I seen how dirty And unprofessional he was I literally took the food to bring back in the am since there was no manger available simply close the store if you guys are under staffed with no...

Carl's jr has always been one of our favorite places to go since I was a kids because it was my grandma's favorite spot when I was growing up, we went every Sunday after church. That being said, We rarely eat out now, as we are a family of 5 and it costs quite a bit to take us all out to eat. But, we've been taking our kids to Carl's jr for the last few weeks on Fridays as a treat for getting through the week and having an easy night with some take out. We've been getting the "big carl" single cheese burgers because their filling and they were a great price! They were going for $3.50 each! It was a great value. We went this past Saturday instead of Friday and we were pretty shocked when we went to pay for our usual order and the price was double 😳😳😳 the big carl single cheeseburgers went from $3.50 to $6.69 😳😳 literally almost exactly double. They were running a deal where you could buy one and get one for a dollar ($1) but I fail to see how that's a deal when you've already raised the price to double....we arent saving any money , even though thats what carls jr wants you to think by making it a "deal".
